I have saved money for eons now.
Should I buy the snake set for atribute or the +4's?
+4's would speed training skills faster huh?

You know what they both do. What do you wnat more?
Faster training or faster ships?
A full set of +4's will set you back a lot less than a full (non-low) grade snake set.

If you don't plan to get podded any time soon, I would go for the Snake (or any Pirate implant) over the +4 set. Simply because the difference between a +3 and a +4 is not as big as the difference between no speed boost and 50% (roughly) across the board speed boost.

Shame the HALO IMPLANTS are so rubbish in comparison to all the other Pirate sets ..

As Professor McFly said, the difference between a +4 and +3 is rather negligible. If you have access to Jump Clones or if you plan to stick to Empire and only mission-***** any pirate set, well almost any pirate set, is preferable to a +4 set.

cool ,thanks.. Anyone know a good region to buy the +3 snake set and that is Auto pilot friendly avoiding .4 or lower?

Unless the market has changed in the last week... the pirate omega implants are going to run you about 1bil isk alone...
And the +4s are about 150mil each...

to put it in real terms, the difference between each level of implant (eg +3 to +4) is 64800 sp/month, not a big difference

Just to pitch in, the ideal scenario would be a +5 set on your learning clone (for day to day empire use) and a +3 pirate set on your combat clone (assuming you can afford to lose them).
Of course that would set you back between 4 and 6 billion.

Ok ,cool , I dont really wanna lose the implants. I need them for training sp. I do not want to spend alot. Maybe 170mil is what I can afford. What would you sugest then.

170 mil will get you a +3 set, low-grade pirate sets are going for 450 - 550 mil...
