I could be wrong but posting a reply 3 weeks later to see if anyone else had something to add to the thread topic isn't the same thing. I've already filed a Support Ticket about this issue and am currently waiting for an official CCP reply to which I will abide by. As such, there's no more need to bring this up again since it's off topic. DMC
