Well i hope that goon fleet have a good plan to put in to action, Cos i think they might have to move back to empire soon Can any of there pilots fly decent ships, or are they all noobies. LOL

Interdictors ftw.
Our corp killed 3 of their stab packing bs's. Once the interdictor makes them stand still their gimped setups help you kill them.
P.S. The person who dropped the bubble is a lady in her 60's. You got "pwned" by a pensioner!
Your getting very excited about this arnt you maybe you should chk your losses to us before spouting off...
allthough as i said back in the theread we killed one of your Bs's with 3 of ours at the frigate when 24 of u jumped into local... alot of support with them if you need an inrodictor bubble to hold 3 battleships down when you have 24 in gang maybe you should all consider joining goonfleet 
that was the first engagement in this area where we came out worse off
and losing 3 battle ships for taking 1 is really no big deal
now go back to bed or join goonfleet. k thanks

I'm just a newbie goon who lost an executioner in the opening seconds of the battle, but I think this is the smartest thing said all thread. After the battle, I actually had learned a lot and gained some respect for Penetrate. Whoever their tactical commander was quickly realized we had a warp in to their sniping battleships and adjusted their tactics accordingly. Now maybe this meant less goonfleet battleship kills for Penetrate, but it also meant less Penetrate battleship kills for goonfleet.
Now maybe I just don't ôgetö EVE enough yet to understand why we all have to come out on the boards and slap each otherÆs faces with our e-peens. Sure the precision cruise missiles used to destroy me cost more than the ship I was flying, but that doesn't make Penetrate a loser for firing them. I don't understand why we just can't get along with a mutual respect even while having fun blowing each other up.

Whether we win or lose in engagements like this, the fact of the matter is that we come out completely unscathed.
Our players are all individually wealthy enough to afford to replace their ships without denting their wallet, and we won't be uprooted from our system.
If you want to think of yourselves as poiling boiling water on an ant hill, fair enough, but it's an ant hill that won't go away.

Indeed it is, and if that is your only goal its going well I'm sure. Do you not see though that in terms of proclaiming winners and losers its more then a little disingenuous as clearly ANY engagement, whether you "win" or "lose" is going to meet your goal. I put it to you that you are meeting your goal well, but don't expect spectators to agree that its a "win" if you are losing more resources or numbers as this is the most commonly accept meaning of "win" in EVE.

I don't see why GoonFleet should give a rat's ass as to whether outsiders think they're winning or losing. Either they're making a lot of money and having a good time fighting because they're definitely not being driven from their territory, or they're losing money and the [5] will be coming down soon to eradicate any of the l33tsp34k ****ant corps that think they're awesome because they can shoot precision cruises from 200km away in stabbed out ravens.

ask yourself the question, would ~30 adults follow a leet speaking 13 year old into battle risking billions of isk and resources and more importantly significant amounts of their time? Perhaps all is not what it seems. Then ask yourself the question of what might be the objective of acting in such a way ....

It is not only about winning or losing resources, dont forget that in the time it takes your fleet to move to lower syndicate the OSS has usually made more money than they're going to lose in an evening, even if they lose 5-10 or so bs, and 20-50 insured frigs and cruisers..

I'm not pretending about anything, if you feel inferior thats your issue. Nor do I think I'm acting particularly mysterious, after all you did say yourself as to why he might be doing it.
