I'd like to make sure its known right now that this is a personal opinion that can, in no way, voice all the concerns of the "rebellion" (AUS-C, FFEW and ARROW)
to IRON,
the game has become tedious, the fleets filled with screams and the leadership frustrated with the need to defend "dead weight".
on those terms, I can understand why this was done, why you've turned to pure offense and used empire as a base of operations (I assume).
but on to me. I want to fight and I want to stake a claim somewhere in 0.0, I know this is a game but I also know that (like anything you do in life) you gotta feel the pain to to make any gains. You can look at this as betrayal, but I see this as our attempt to become a more effective fighting force IN 0.0. Don't think that we were simply going to take the helm of IRON and be done with it, theres more to this than meets the eye. Whether it be IRON or under a different name our original game plan will remain the same. Stay tuned, stay focussed, there'll be a fight in deklein yet.

I wonder what the ISD news piece will look like, and wonder if it will start out with unfavorable comments about IRON.
For instance, a comment that IRON has has done almost the same thing they accuse and condemn ASCN of doing.

There's no shame in losing your territory or changing your style of play, but please don't claim that hostile entities had no involvement with this decision.

I really doubt this has anything to do with hostiles in Iron space.
I talk to darko pretty often and he just seems tired.

Best of luck to ya guys. Can't say I didn't se this coming though as your forums we're starting to come close to CA ones before we imploded.
I think CCP needs to do more tweaking on POS myself as it is like a RL job. Off topic and all but doubling the fuel capacity and restricting strontium to 24hrs max would help a lot imo.

Actually you're right, sorta. We did vote against giving into BoB, we then left NSA, we then along with quite a few other corps PA/G/and the ex NSA corps joined up together to continue to fight BoB.
Anyways, it was probably bad taste to post, but just couldn't resist. It's funny to watch how everyone thinks their way is the honorable way and slams everyone else for their decisions. I remember tons of "You're Dishonarable!!" Posts when FE and 5 napped, but you're fleeing is completely honorable? I know, the timing was purely coincidental...purely. But it is smart, I'll give ya that.
P.S. You're running towards fun and that makes it all good? It wasn;t fun to continue to fight a nowhere war against an enemy we were growing to like more then the people who's space we were fighting the war in and for. But we were dishonorable for makeing our decision? Now that's hypocrisy.
I kinda wish we had agreed to the BoB settlement back then, BoB has turned out to be far more honorable than all the other claiming honor.

As a long-time member of ARROW, I would like to say the following:
I would like to personaly thank IRON. IRON took us in when we were n00bs. They taught us how to work as a corporation. They taught us how to fight. They taught us how to have and maintain soveregnty. They taught us how to work in fleets. They taught us what is needed to be independent. They taught us how to play Eve like the bigger corps do. In return, we did what we could with what we had to not disapoint them, and I know that we delivered. Although I do not like this situation, although I do not agree on some statements here regarding us, we are what we are today because of IRON. Without them, we would still be mining veld in jita in our probes. And now we are in a situation where we can shine and prosper.

EXO built IRON from the beginning with VNTR, i dont deny arrow did alot, but they werent there from the start, and they didnt nowhere close to as much as EXO.
As I said, we gave birth to it, its our baby.
