Correct me if im wrong but at the end of the NSA war, you along with 5-6 other corps (exo included) said no to the BoB vote and left. Afwards, your corp ran off to empire, and once dek was retaken, you came back and spent the whole time mining up in CZD.

Actually you're right, sorta. We did vote against giving into BoB, we then left NSA, we then along with quite a few other corps PA/G/and the ex NSA corps joined up together to continue to fight BoB.
Anyways, it was probably bad taste to post, but just couldn't resist. It's funny to watch how everyone thinks their way is the honorable way and slams everyone else for their decisions. I remember tons of "You're Dishonarable!!" Posts when FE and 5 napped, but you're fleeing is completely honorable? I know, the timing was purely coincidental...purely. But it is smart, I'll give ya that.
P.S. You're running towards fun and that makes it all good? It wasn;t fun to continue to fight a nowhere war against an enemy we were growing to like more then the people who's space we were fighting the war in and for. But we were dishonorable for makeing our decision? Now that's hypocrisy.
I kinda wish we had agreed to the BoB settlement back then, BoB has turned out to be far more honorable than all the other claiming honor.

Iron had larger internal problems then some 591 man blob in ec. This change comes from internal forces not external but think what you want. Stick to forum whoring and chating we will be out having fun killing any thing that moves. Who cares if it has not meaning or lasting effect, its going to be a blast.

A year after DDC/CLS cut the fat and formed ASCN we became 1 of the leading alliances, and for sure the best in EVE. Burning bridges certainly isnt always bad. Props for the hard decision

Should of let the residents have the name, and come up with something new imo. Imperial Republic of the North is not very fitting if you're going to roam, and you know, not be in the north.

DOFA left IRON for a very good reason. You.
IRON pilots are a fantastic group and we loved flying with them. They're capable, fun, and dedicated. You being in any leadership position is a true crime. You leave pilots stranded, you're a jerk on ts, you have no tactical prowess whatsoever.
You simply have no tact, no class, and no leadership skills. You couldn't lead anything but Jack and Sh*t. And Jack left town.
Good luck to all of the other IRON pilots. You're an awesome crew. Best of luck in your future endevours.

Honestly, my personal feeling is that IRON has been without leadership or direction since shortly after the beginning of the year. Buddrow going largely AFK, along with VNTR splitting really put a dent in the chain of command. The lost of countless experienced FCs to Fate and other "fun" corps just added to the stagnation and disorganization.
Hopefully, this move with strengthen both IRON, and the friends/allies they leave behind, however, I cannot see this happening for either without some fundamental changes in organization and goals.
Best of luck you you IRON, it was an honor being in your ranks.

I leave pilots stranded? How many times have my pilots died when travelling within my orders since I join iron? Never. Know why? Because im actually capable of leading a fleet and know what will happen to it. Sorry my leadership skills arent quite as high as yours.
Eg. Slap as many stabs on as possible, warp in at range, and then spam eve-o with your "amazing" win stats. Also, Your hac/frig leadership skills are far beyond mine, attack atuk whether they have a bigger or smaller gang, and lose eitherway.
I have more tactical prowess than the whole of your corp added together.

Erm well for one, i built a fleet, then went to engage atuk, the became to big, so instead of being dumb and attacking them anyway and losing our fleet, i decided we would pay thier home systems a visit, got some ganks then went home.
Now tell me how getting pwned by them, would stop them coming back the next day, surely it would hust encourage them more. Right? Mr. Elite.
