What is this, a rebellion against where Eve is heading?
Some people seem to relish the situation, others have been where IRON are now and did what they did. I need not name the entities, they are easy to guess.
It is satisfying to understand and believe, however, that decisions as to the side you choose in what is fast becoming a severly onesided Eve-wide conflict, that IRON have made the fun choice, much like the rest of us.

TBH mate. I doubt ASCN has managed to do anything but be a pest in the deklien region. Your 'can't gank it run' startagey, while gaining you kills, does little if anything to cause a measurable effect on an enemy, who can drive you back into empire at his whim.
Hate to be the first to derail a topic, but the ASCN presence in deklien and pureblind went largely ignored because as a whole, they lacked the stones to enage when they could cause the most damage to thier enemy. Ganking carebears does nothing, when there's a PVP force in equal numbers you cause no damage to.

Wish I had something nice to say here. But I dont. Times change, just like corporations and alliances do. Atleast they have the sence to leave while the gettings good and they can walk out on their own two feet instead of pod rides to empire cause they couldnt defend a region that used to be strong. Not bashing anybody inparticular. But I'm sure that the friends and enemys of Iron know they are just a hollow shell of what they used to be. Best of luck to all.
So who is racing in to claim some new propety for their alliance?

In your ticker, I just assumed. Though lets both be honest here, IRON certainly didn't come to this because a hostile force (even if very large) has taken to living somewhere close to IRON's base. Which is really all that the EC blob is for now

Well since I was mentioned in this post here is my response, darko your a decent leader and I'm sure you've a great asset to the bob war machine, and yes I tried to get the goon into a leadership position his fc command ability is far beyone anything I've done or flown under period... But the complete udder nonsense of taking you back after one day out of bob to run iron military ???? Kutos for bob for the greatest coup of all taking a member they wouldn't let run fleets, to putting him in charge of iron and then being absent for the majority of the past 2 months leaving iron leadershipless  if any doubt this check darko's employment history and verify for you self any ways i'll see ya in space

Good luck and respect for making your own decision. POS wars suck, blobs suck, we pay to play this game for fun. Go have fun.
However, politics are big part of the fun and not everyone can play it. Politics are more important these days then guns. I think that has been proven over the past 6 months and alliances that know how to play it, prosper, the ones that lack the skills become extinct.

Excellent post Darko,
this game is all about having fun, and some people forget that at times.

I know there is still plenty around but well the consensus appears to be that its just boring. Everyone should turn outlaw tbh

Good call. POS's have become a full time JOB in eve. Personally I play EVE to relax after my full time job in RL. I didn't need another one. CCP do us all a favour and think of something to take the monotony away, before they kill the game.

To those who say that the fight against BoB is weakening and eve is coming to an end. I say pish posh. This move will only make IRON stronger. I wholeheartitly agree with Jo when she says this looks like a post made by stan several months ago. Look at what .5. did when they picked up and left their home region to take 3 alliances head on. It ended in the full death of one alliance, the crippling of another, and a nap of necessity from FE.
The lack of a region and home is both an advantage and a disadvantage. In IRON's case they've had a relatively peaceful home region and the ability to create enough isk and assets to where a roaming alliance is completely feasable, live off hte land, live off ur loot, and get some kills.
It will be interesting to see what IRON do with this newfound freedom. But the best of luck to you darko and I expect at least a few full fleets sent to delve to attempt and wreak some havoc, we'll be waiting :).
