Ship/Item Database: An integrated ship and item database to quickly get information about destroyed ships and modules. Custom Points System: Currently, GriefWatch runs off a set of suggested values. Soon, you'll be able to set your own values. YOUR SUGGESTION HERE: We are always looking for new ideas to improve the Griefwatch Killboard System. Answer: Unlike services like killboard.net, GriefWatch does NOT retain ownership of your mails. In other words, just say the word and we'll send them back to you. Question: Is there any way for me to administrate the board without having to e-mail you guys? Answer: Yes! A unique feature of GriefWatch is it's administration panel. Question: What about support? Answer: Griefwatch offers 3 easy ways for you to get help with your killboard. We have a custom-designed support ticket system available directly from your board's admin panel, Esophorics Anonymous Members are available for you to convo or EVE Mail them when you have any questions, and we have created a Support Wiki at support.griefwatch.net with documentation on most of the killboard's features. At the moment, 99% of the ISK values are from the RMR data export by t20. We've got plans to update them slightly though, bringing them closer to the real market price - but sadly there is no automatic way of doing it. (Hint, we want the ability to do full market exports, CCP!). That said, I believe the correct answer is: insurance payout, as I believe that's based on the base price of an item.
