The only alliance they defeated was TRUST.
I think the fallout we are seeing is corp/alliance leaders seeing the future of alliance warfare, as displayed ever so effectively by BoB & friends, and saying "screw this". I can't say I blame them...I know I haven't seen anyone having fun this past week.

Well no... as people have said.. it's the dawn of the new age. All one has to do, is get 400+ pilots in a system to takedown the POS' that billions of ISK have been invested in. It's then all gone in 72h.
Imagine stepping up to collect your university degree, then have them rip it up in front of your eyes. That's what happened to T R U S T. G/IRON are in their first year, they've seen what'll happen and decided to drop out.

Maybe my choice of words wasnt the best, was merely trying to make a point that you havnt "broken" EVE, EVE is what it is, you cant "break" it by playing the game by the rules.

If all you want to do is roaming around ganking stuff i guess it could be fun. for anyone else its just going to suck. Bob will say "well why not form up against us, do something about it etc etc" all the time forgetting that this is a game and if it isnt fun then whats the point, and i dont see fighting bob as being a great deal of fun and i dont see roaming in gank squads being a great amount of fun.

tbh if you cant find fun in what is now hapening and has happened in the last two weeks, you'd better check your sub pronto and get out while you still see "no Fun"
