So, I was roaming around V2-VC2 looking for some good fights, and asked in local for a 1v1 after finding nothing engable....this is the outcome:

this isnt the first time this happened with huzzah federation, i agreed to do a 5 v 1 with huzzah if they didnt get my pod i had the chat logs to prove, send it to hans roaming, hes a reasonable guy got my reimbursed rather fast.
Huzzah have no loyalty in fights now obviously, death to huzzah federation

VERY not cool, If I were in charge I'd make whoever did it KOS until they learn not to do crap like that - 1v1's are 1v1's. Please dont take this to represent all of HF, some of us actually respect 1v1's (even if we dont have the balls to do em  ). It's rather unfortunate that that happened but hans should deal with that

I agree, if it was an accident... because some pilots do have local bug. the right way to correct this would have been replacement ISK atleast.
1 vs 1 is one of the most honorable things you can do in this game.

Firstly look on the kb, alot of them engaged, and more were undocking and warping in, tho ok fair enough i was angry and not all huzzah are as such.

Yes not cool, but some things are out of your control. You can't control each player in your alliance, but you can deal with it afterwords. Just like how a FIX member hired merc's at FoFF, that certainly isn't controllable no matter how bad it makes the alliance look. It's how it's dealt with that matters. I'm sure Hans will sort this out.

Trully the whole behaviour (comments in local) of huzzah members is worth a good bit of spanking... especially the idiotic go to planet comments. I had my friend lose a raven in a slow 1v1 with our (at the time) main enemy in time of alliance war. I was sitting 3km from enemy ship and had them both locked the whole time in my Nos Domi. In the end I asked enemy raven politely to pick up his spolis (loot) and redock or warp out and gave him 2 min before he was KOS again (to incl time to leave system if he so wanted).
Thats how 1v1 is in eve for those with honour. respect to Huzzah leadership for paying back isk etc but I cant quite get over the impressions that chat log gave me of their members. 
Perhaps consider what Verone said esp. for that guy who says "sure" on the chat log and has second highest dmg on the killmail lol
