Greetings honoured dignitaries of the combined EVE cluster.
I represent a number of informants, concentrated in the mayor alliances we all know and respect.
As we are greedy capitalist, we have decided to utilize our knowledge and information in the best way possible.
By selling it to the highest bidder, but if we just sold the information raw, we would quickly lose our positions of power, and thus our knowledge.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why we use a middleman. The Free Intelligence Agency can provide your alliance and you, information on most of the mayor alliances of the EVE cluster.
We have information concerning fleet movements on the following list of Alliances:
Dusk and Dawn.
E.R.A.
The OSS.
Band of Brothers.
Tribal Soul.
Ascendant Frontier.
Veritas Immortalis.
Knights of the South.
3FA.
Kaos Empire.
Norad.
Lotka Volterra.
All of the above mentioned fleet movement information is available for the highest bidder.
We have limited information concerning their staging areas, due to the natural danger it potentially could cause our informants, thus we are generally unable to distribute such information.
All contacts should only be in EVE mail.

this is nice idea as long as u are reliable. smth fresh always fun, thats what I love in this game that u can basically try to put in almost any idea. and spy game like in real life is never 100% sure and safe.

So why exactly does that make him a loser? Just because he decides not to spend his time sniping newbies in a low sec system?

Seriously though, do you offer any sort of insurance of the accuracy and quality of your intel? Why should anyone trust you with money for nothing, since you have no name to connect it with?

IĈm am grateful for the interest in being an informant, but keep in mind that such offers should be made over the EVE mail system, in order to keep you anonymous, a known informant is worthless.

Of course not. The information is quite reliable as long as it stays within trusted officers. We can not take the blame for potential spies inside your organizations.
Nor can we give you names, such information would be abused, and we would lose valuable informants.

Omg, we have fleets now? 
Its a nice idea, but tbh I think most folks would prefer to use their own spies than pay an alt to give them potentially misleading information. Its not like its hard to get a character into an alliance for this kind of thing
Btw, if anyone wants fleet/TS/etc information on 3FA, I'll be happy to supply it dirt cheap
