Are you sure it was a war target that killed you?

Looking at your war history your only in one war, and according to the war report there has been no kills or losses yet. That can be bugged tho.

I never said they destroyed my ship. They didn't. I did have to dock up, and yes it was war targets shooting me. They had the red star icon on the overview.

i got war dec just few days ago it said something like "bla bla bla and if one of you join alliance war start immediately" or something along those lines....

I too have wondered about the 24 hour time before a war dec goes into effect. And then again I have always thought if you got wardecced it should be immediate, not dragging on like it does. My line of thought on this that instead of waiting around that if you or I were wardecced, then we should have the rights to immediately engage the war deccing corp. or alliance But as it stands now a 24 waiting period is..well...required.

That's plenty of time for a corp/alliance to disband and reorganize under a different name/banner. Just for my corp alone I can't afford the price to actually war dec anyone and I can care less, BUT in the same process due to the size of my corp alone would hardly be worth the costs involved.

I was sitting in space in highsec when my mail icon flashed at the same time as some ships on my overview went red, and they started shooting at me. I check the mail, and they wardecced my alliance and were able to shoot immediately without the 24 hour notice.

How is this possible?

If a corp that is at war (Defender) join an alliance. The war is instantly transferred to the entire alliance. No 24 hour wait.

If it was red it was a pirate. Flashy orange is a war target.

That explains it then. They shot me when Dark Mason Society joined TEST. I just happened to be the one outside Amarr station when it happened.

I'm going with troll. After a look at some killboards. The last loss he shows is back on 2013-10-24 in Dodixie.

Again, OP never stated that he lost his ship and even stated in a later post, about two or three down, that they never killed him.

Usually, when a person joins a corp in space with a WT right next to him, the WT doesn't even see them as flashy red and that's petitionable. Now you say you where in space and they suddenly turned into WTs, without you going through a session change. Sounds rather weird to me...

So I can find a blingy ship running a mission, come alongside him with a few buddies, then if the conditions are right, dec him immediately and blow him up?
