I didn't get an exact figure but I calculated it to be about mineral cost of producing 6300 tier 3 cruisers. Assuming, on average, each component takes 500,000 units of trit, that over 3 billion units tottal. To put that into perspective, with a maxed out mining barge, it would take roughly 2 mounths mining veld to get that much trit. 24/7 mind you. Disclaimer: I'm sleepy, and not certain I did the math right, could someone check for me.
