I would imagine a jove expansion would be opening up their space, new missions, new tech, new ships. Not playing as jove.
I would also like to see the eve gate reopened in 2-3 years. Players building that galaxy from the ground up.

There is no vital function for them other than to be irritating and unnecessarily in the way it seems.
Now, if they were moved to be ôpartö of the gate, i.e. mounted to one side or the top/bottom, I wouldnÆt care, but making a voyage and getting hung up on a stupid billboard thatÆs completely unnecessary and redundant is less than pleasing.

a big part of Kali is faction wars right? so after we've had our share of blowing each other up.
How about the expansion after kali it would be nice if a new NPC faction/race is born something extremely dangerous, and power hungry, have them start in 0.0 and conquer it pushing real players back into empire(or try i should say). This new npc faction will be armed to the teeth, the AI should be programmed for some extreme combat, team work, ganking, gate camping, cloaking, chase you around the system, uses probes, jumpes into next system(if its there territory), and last but not least programmed to POD. All four empires must unite against this new threat. Call them whatever you want Ori, Cylons, Spiders, Shadows, doesn't really matter.
People would probably complain that a npc could never be as much a challenge as a real player, so it wouldn't be much fun. Well I think you could program a pretty decent npc rat.
But basic idea is have something threaten our existence in which we must set aside our differences and unite as one, against a merciless common enemy. I think it would follow with factions wars quite nicely.

Im looking forward to the random explorer find spawn stuffs so i can go ratting without being completely predictable.
And then i can make better use of my scanner to hunt down people ratting in unpredictable areas.

id like to see npc wars and then pirats atacking npc so a 0.8 system gets taken ower by pirats and become 00 make it random.. i also like to see some sort of speciel ore ship wich focus on a specific ore... veldspare craft or maybe do em low ends and high ends.. who wanna sit mine for ages... or even allow to let one anchor a miner at som ebelt wich should mine all day long for me... mayb only allow this for the low ends in 00 but its a pain to mine no fun AT ALL.

There's other games for that.
There's a ton of tech 1 ships they can add, couple of cool capital class ideas have been seen. They could put out another 50+ tech 2 ships, 5-6 more mini professions, jove ships (maybe). The possibilities are limitless. When they do become limited, they can just reopen the eve gate and a whole new universe.

Looter Drones, We have tractor beams, why not on drones, they go out and collect containers for you, then bring them in. Flying around to grab stuff is really annoying and takes ages.
Simple, useful, and easy to do.

Wanna try and program that and see how hard it really is, if AI was this easy to create we wouldn't have the sucky sucky AI we have now in any games

This probably doesn't have a place in eve but omg yes yes yes. I can imagine a megathron transforming like the macross ship quite easily >_> <_< . But clearly we need the Transformers the Movie one. Y'know, the planet that transforms (Unicron?). Awesomeness.

Med and large tractor beams would be nice to, and give them a pvp aspect. Like locking on to frigs and bringing em into smartbomb range!

- POS docking arrays for freighters

I'd like to see em remove all the jump gates from that region and add an explorer ship that can jump without having to use a cyno. Make the players build the stargates and outposts.

Reverse engineering, produces a BPO. If it made a BPC that would just be silly, taking a unit apart only to get a BPC to put it back together.
I know if I take the phone on my desk apart, with the goal of making my own, I would not throw away the BP after I made it.
