However my shuttle was taken out right when I came out of warp, but warping after commiting the crime would have to be timed pretty good. Plus I can tank concord several seconds in my dread EVE-Files \| EVE-Search \| Monitor this Thread

Concord have decree'd that if you do anything warranting a concord response, YOU MUST DIE. Doing ANYTHING to circumvent the death penalty is an exploit. CCP have said this time and time again... Goonfleet should do this, when there is a ganker in Jita fly in 300 shuttles and start bumping him.

I will not say how and I will not use it - I'm waiting for concord to be buffed up, though. Concord seem to spawn an ever expanding fleet of ships the longer you survive an attack, so how can you keep tanking an exponentially increasing number of ships without dying?
