I have been attacked unprovokedly by Dark Nebula Gallente Division, a corporation of ISS. When i asked on the ISS forums about the validity of the ISS charter (which does not allow such an attack), i was flamed by TFH Agony who said that i would have harassed his pilots. ISS members not part of Dark Nebula Gallente Division reacted fair - they told me that their Charter was not to be broken by members. During these discussions i mentioned that i not only had the log file of the local chat, which prove TFH Agony's statements as blatant lies but also screenshot documenting every line typed. After that, TFH Agony said it was all a big misunderstanding and i was reimbursed for my losses. What was left though was an apology for the public lies. This was not granted. The thread in the ISS forum was locked, so i am using this forum for my final comment. This comment will prove that TFH Agony's statements are false. Will anyone care what Sonlatur the noob has to say - will anyone be interested at a small conflict at the end of the universe? I dont care. I just want to show that these accusations of me harassing his pilots are plain lies to justify their unprovoked attack. The former discussion was held here. My next posting will show the chat log which proves that TFH Agony's statements are lies. Furthermore i have screenshots documenting the chat (logs can easily be faked, screenshots can not), access can be granted to those you have a valid interest in the affair. Such behaviors lend the impression that they felt they were operating in a fashion that their Alliance would disapprove of. They fabricated a story to stay out of trouble. If the people that killed him were only following ISS guidelines then why did they feel it was needed to lie about the person's actions in an effort to justify thier own? If the ISS charter permits the killing of noob corp members for fear they are alts spies then why the shell game? If they were within the bounds of thier alliance's charter then there should have been no reason to even explain thier actions much less lie about the incident to avoid getting in trouble, which seems (if the entire story is to be believed) the whole point of the fabrication. The whole thing reminds me of a child trying to avoid a punishment.

Those guidelines are fully based on, and are harmonized with the Charter. If you are in the starter npc corp, you -seem- to follow pilots, and you sit in the system on a safe spot and talk on local when asked to dock/leave, you're very likely to get shot. I recommend joining a player corporation, or creating your own corporation, i can even lend you the 1.5 million ISK needed, after that, you're very welcome to the outposts, for trading and whatever, and noone would harrash you. We don't shoot neutrals. However you must know that if you are in the noob corp, you -will- get shot in most parts of 0.0. All you can do is to announce yourself upon arrivement and following orders (if ISS asks you to dock, then you dock), all of that is avoidable if you join or create a corporation. If you operate more in 0.0, you'll 100% understand our point.

Count's reply should indicate to you that the ISS is taking your **** seriously and at that point all the flaming from either side should have stopped. Whether or not you feel like they got the last flame and you should have had a chance to respond is no longer a concern at this point. Because you posted in this forum you obviously know it exists, and if you had even glanced at the first page of this very forum you'd know how hot it is down here. Daily CC and CDC raiding parties to KDF, BOB making waves in western Catch, the whole CVA standoff... we're already on-edge down here, which makes your newbie-corp status suspiscious at best. Perhaps you underestimate the damage an alt in a frigate with a Passive Targeter and a Ship Scanner can do, but I don't. Hell, all you would really have to do is tell the gang you're gathering intel for whether we're set up for long range or short range -- even if they're already en-route they'll still be able to switch ammo types and call primary targets before we even know they're coming. Once these eggs hatch, things are going to be different. However, things are too hot right now to be able to tolerate a newbie-corp member in a Rupture following people around, period. We now manage close to 200b in investor capital, so please forgive me if I'm not in the mood for shenanigans.

Its not the first time ISS has shoot down and killed a member of a noob corp and it will happen many more times. Im happy they do. The fact make less of them come down to my home systems so I dont have to waste my time shooting them down. Its a known fact that they do shoot down noob corp members and it is strange that you did not know that when you did know about the charter. That one ISS member or two did lie may be wrong but some people do that. Just put them in to your adressbook and kill them next if you feel like it. Thats what I do if I dont like someone in eve.
