CCP could you please split the news feeds so that we can have the story line, without it getting mixed up with player news/stories.
As for Techell I have no strong views about the Miner II BP they own, but god have they just become target No. 1 within the game, I bet that makes TTI happy.

CCP hands you a Miner II, then advertises IN GAME for you. This is an absolute outrage.

The report was not negative, it was unbiased and in fact in favor of Techell.

I agree with Veruna. I don't see where the article was biased one way or the other.
If Techell feels that they are now a "target" because of the dissemination of unbiased facts...well it seems like that's their problem, not CCPs.
Dandria: If there's nothing wrong with Techell's business practices why are you so against a bit of free publicity?

going by your logic you made yourselves a "target" way before CCP did, if at all that is what has occured.
i hope you dont speak for the whole of Techell, because if you do its pretty unlike Techell, and pretty silly really seen as you guys posted that info WAY before CCP did.
unless i missed something in that news report?

Techell is a GREAT corp - I deal with them often. I have always found them to have among the best prices for ships and equipment in the game as well as great service and fair treatment.
Just appears that people like to take pot shots at succesfull corps/players.
They happen to have paid a vast amount of money for the Miner BP's and are trying to make some profit from it - yet still at among the cheapest prices in the game.
If they appear in the news it is because the whole Miner II issue is newsworthy.

I wrote it. It is my first news item. My name is clearly posted by it in the news section of the site, though it is not posted in game.
I'm part of the Interstellar Correspondant program, and I am not a CCP employee. I wrote that article because it was news. I thought it was pretty big news, too. There was an official post about it from Techell this morning, so i don't see how it could be more public than that.
Smaller corps, if you have news, and it's interesting to me, i'll write about it. It's hard to argue favoritism when i've only written one article.

Yes, but please don't take that as a flame. I liked reading the article and thought it did a great job of covering this important event so that all players could get an idea of what was going on.
I just thought you quoted more "supporters" of Techell than you did "critics" - which is not really indicititave of the thread itself which is in favor of the critics.
Overall though it was great, and I support what you guys are doing. This is fun to read and adds flavor to the otherwise boring news page. Keep up the good work!
