Honestly, once you get under 0.5, its all the same - its all lowsec til you hit 0.0.
The place that I started at was Avenod, but its full of VETO atm. I'd recommend systems like Lasleinur, Egmar, Taff, or Hadozeko, that area has some rival pirates but if you're smart you'll be okay.

You can't really pirate in .5 or higher. If you attack someone .5 or higher concord will warp in and blast you.

Any system that people advertise will probably sustain a loss of population, so I doubt you'll recieve very many replies. Once the "active" low-sec systems become revealed, wise miners/carebears/ect will flee the area and the "active" will return to "quiet" systems. |

Nah, carebears don't watch these boards. Even Amamake (system usually has more belt pirates than miners/ratters) has plenty of fresh meat. Hell, the best fights are vs. the other Pirates.

It's true, they don't watch these boards, or they don't care...
Otherwise by now'd they know why we're killing them, why there are big red dots on the map representing podkills, how to use the map and scanner, and to watch local. I still see bears around the galaxy doing this, so obviously there is a lack of learning going on here.

Um, you need 0.4 and below.
Play with the map. It can give you a lot of info.
Sec status of system, players in space and all kinds of juicy stuff.

Maybe its me, but fighting vs some of the best pirates should be fun, no? At least if its not a blob. Going to try a 1 vs 1 vs someone in veto some day, they seem to honor that sort of thing.

I read the forums. And I use the map.
Not all ratters out there are drifting through the belts clueless to their surroundings.

I just like moving down the chain from passari to amamake to egbinger. It's about 70 or so continuous lowsec systems. Get a set of bookmarks for it if possible and go to town killing everything you can. Drop loot in a few stations along the way and send an alt through highsec to pick stuff up.

The Hole - amamake, but not the belt; quite a few mission runners here.

If you're looking for a fight just go to top belt in Amamake and wait 10 mins. That usually does it.
All the systems around Amamake has plenty of targets. Not that many miners och mission runners but if you want a fun fight that's the place to be.

The uemon otosela tasti corridor is fairly busy with a large local...
There is a 4/10 gurista and a 5/10 drone as well as access to geminate 0.0 thru akkio--this leads to all sort of traffic, especially haulers. |

Pick a major system in another region e.g. Amarr or somewhere like that. Set that as your destination with your autopilot set to prefer lower security. It'll pretty quickly give you 30-50 jumps worth of low sec to fly through. Either set on your journey flying through systems until you find enough targets or check for the ones with the most people in space over the last 30 mins & set your destination (shortest) to that system.
