Actually, Heero is right.
BE/Alek/FLA had full control of 3JN. And with less than 4 pos' gaurding VFK/JU we were about to move in there. Minutes after fragm told u guys this, u caved and offered peace.
We had the numbers, the ships and the capability to take those systems. I'm very glad we didn't have to as I find that sort of thing very boring.

If NFC has been in breach of the original treaty for so long how come you never called up your old mates Alek and BE and get them to come up to dek and see for them themselves at some point in the last 3 months? even send them a e-mail?
Telling them they are ignorant of the facts after they speak out against you seems a poor way of trying to excuse yourselves.
Also, you still haven't answered my question FLA, how come you are happy to accept the hand of friendship and comeradere(sp?) from AUS corp, the route of the original war and the ones your members so puplicaly ranted against as 'cowards' and 'back stabbers'

Oh I'm sorry, do we have a contract stating that "the FLA must answer any and all questions from Tozmeister and/or DFC"? If so, pardon me while I go find it so I can tear it up. Then you'll have a broken treaty of sorts as well and we can all be quite content.

This question strikes me as disingenuous, has Samjax not posted that the AUS corp is not the same one that injected disinformation into the NFC before the first war? Has David Hope not stated multiple times to the NFC senate that FLA are not under the same management as, if any at all, that they were a month ago? Is it not possible for a corp or alliance to change its structure, management and relationships?
Indeed the NFC itself has changed recently with the removal of the senate from all decision making to the system now where a small group of people make decisions and release intelligence only when they think it necessary to explain actions to the corp representitives.
It seems perfectly possible for the new AUS and new FLA to be happy to work together to shoot the new NFC without any real problems - look at how NFC is now happy to work with Alektorophobia now despite the many statments of distrust, accusations of lame tactics etc. during the last war.
One other point I'm slightly unclear on is the RFY constellation. In the NFC official statement thread Avril denies that NFC have taken space up to the borders of FLA space in contravention of the peace agreement yet the map clearly shows multiple systems in that constellation have been claimed. Is this system the one regerred to in point two of thedragoon's treaty? On reading it back the treaty does appear unclear as to which systems are frozen. If it does refer to the systems in that constellation then how can NFC possibly say it hasn't violated the treaty by putting up POS's and claiming territory around the FLA space?

Watching the forum war, heated as it may be, is no substitute for the real thing (although if forum posts were bullets I think the entire population of eve would now be sporting a number of gunshot wounds). Why did I have to move house the same weekend this all kicked off?!

Please don't wipe each other out before the end of next week. I've got a few days off and should be activated by then. Then I can join in the long, slow process of holding/being driven out of Dek and then watching the winning side get pwned by Bob.

Fair point Moroti. FLA, AUS corp and NFC are completely different beasts from the ones of 3 months ago. An FLA/AUScorp partnership is not so ridiculous as it may first seem.

Whos the Primary PVP corp? What corp has left? only thing i have seen/heard is individuals leaving individual corps for their own reasons. And good luck to them. We all play the game as we see fit.

Lets keep the smack down. Its really not worth it in the long run. Just makes it harder in the end. I remember flying with some of you NFC guys back in the day...so lets keep it civil if just to honor the memory. As for Iron, less smacking more F1-F8.
