I know I know 'Just set it up like a tempest' but id like to see some personal setups from other players. And maybe some slight debating like using 650 II AC's over another type. Funny thing is I dont think I can find one on the market and even if I could it would probably hit my wallet hard.

If you're gonna fly a pimp ship, you need to pimp it properly. As for the multispec, a chance of jamming is better than no chance of jamming. One Hypnos multispec still isnt very good odds at jamming your target. Odd's are better over time. Just getting 1 jam can prevent you taking 10000+ HP of damage (before your resists). Letting your reps and cap chance to catch up and removing any EW or NOS/Neuts they have on you.

With the faction reps, you can generally keep them on manual due to how much they repair. You just have to prepare for the eventuality accordingly. :)
