I believe that the can only benefit from being ported over to the XBOX360
Live chat is already there, and it would be in a genre of it's own, the only space based MMMORPG on the xbox live network.. Me an my buddies are all thinking it's a good idea.

From my experience with the XBOX community, I'd vote for: 'not needed' to 'detrimental to EVE'.

This game has very little market apeal to the average Xboxer.
And frankly thats a demographic we could live without in this game.

No.
Eats development time, would most likely result in dumbing down of the game, the community could do without it, the GUI would have to be vastly different. I could go on, but I don't need to.
Also, the day I take ideas from soneone with the word "playa" in their sig will never come

i assume not, so i will elaborate: consoles cannot deal with the intricacies required by this game, you NEED a mouse, and a keyboard.
this would never work.

no, this would have a negative effect on the further development of EVE
..also, i'm not sure how many xbox gamers would understand it; "Huh, I respawned and my ship isn't here?!"
to be honest it's a completely different target audience
