Nice TS test, just ask your brother/neighbour/friend to stand in for you. Then when the guys openly announce you are indeed a new person and you're freed from any blame go join a new corp and start the corp theft (or whatever it was) all over again.

Its also worth pointing out that he has only been in caldari provisions for 4 1/2 hours meaning that theres no way that he could have logged on(if a char is transfered you have to being in npc corp and wait till after dt to beable to use the char) to the char today seeing as dt hasnt happened yet.

Actually there are 3 points
1. The Char transfer at DT
2. Doesent corp history get wiped after character transfer?
3. Wallet transactions. Why dont you show us the corp theif wallet?
Either way, this is the corp theif all right, and not some innocent buyer.

Well, I'm sure some corp will accept him. We would but I don't like his type so I wouldn't put forth recruitment effort.
Anyway, recruit the poor guy! I'm sure you can squeeze some performance out of him before he understands he won't ever get hangar or account access.

Luckily everyone loves me and I can get to any corp I want. Althou I won't because I have returned more enjoyable games. Perhaps when Kali comes out I might take second look of EVE (Tbh, since 03/2005 I haven't played EVE .. why do I even bother paying 2 accounts  .. man I'm stupid )

I transferred an alt once, onto another account because I had to train some new skills on my main.
Perhaps it was because it wasn't a power of two account but the transfer was immediate - I did the transfer, paid up, and logged on my new account - character was there, I logged him in and set his skill going again.

Yeah, I think that would be enough to convince everbody. This is even better than CCP confirming that the char is sold, since anybody can actually buy their own character and put them on a seperate account and claim innocence - show us a few wallet pics showing where to corp theif transfered his money.

I have 4-5 characters on my black list, and I dont worry about a transfer or a repentance!
If I meet it, I pod it and pod it again, until it sells its character.
And I will pod again and again the next buyer.
You are stupid to believe that a bought character dont have history!
Or if you want to erase the past, erase also the skill!

If in doubt, POD it out :) However, a corp theif will simply sell the char on, meaning that insted of punishing the theif, you punish someone else who may or may not know the character's history. Now if the someone else can show wallet transactions so the eve public can TRACE the theif's main - that is better for all, do you not agree?
