I don't think it's an ISP problem. I ran a trace and I had no problems connecting to the server I.P. Also pinged the server and got 0% loss, yet the server still shows as being offline to me.

Doh, it seems very odd though that so many people are suffering the same symptoms. Its certainly my feeling that the problem is not on my end, whether it is a CCP problem or a net infrastructure problem is a different matter.
