so far maybe Final Fantasy XI but since it has no PvP what so ever, I'm not as ready to buy it as before.
Horizons looks like the next world I will enter.

Horizons sounds pretty cool think i will switch over to that when it comes out
eve doesnt look like its going to get better anytime soon what happened to the story line and content 
theres nothing to do in eve anymore and not much of a reason for me to stick around for longer than i have to.

I will be watching this thread very closly, as will all my corp mates. Basically myself and second in command are holding the corp together by a string...when we leave, they leave too. And as someone stated already in this thread: It doesn't look like anytthing will change soon.
If we leave, I doubt we will come back, it's took much of a hassle and I'm already mad as it is at this company for drawing us out into a waiting game for over 4 months.
I feel like I paid to go see a band play at a concert, and i've been sitting in the seats for 4 months waiting for them to show up on stage...
I'm gonna write down all the links posted here and keep them in mind! Thanks yall.

I wanted to add one more thing, the saddest part of this entire problem with EVE, is that we have a great community here or loyal players. We really love the game, and we love the bond we all formed, the part I hate most about me ever leaving eve is the fact I won't be around this community anymore. You really enterain me every day and are great people to play along with.
Maybe we can do a mass migration!

Personally the EVE experience has tainted me, for life, in such a way that I will never ever play another MMORPG (although EVE is actually a self proclaimed - MMOPWG) again !!

I was just checking out Eschaton. I like the fact that smaller ships like frigates are controlled as a first person shooter like Wing Commander and the larger Capital ships are controled through a 3rd person tactical view. This was something Eve needed to create more variety among the ships. People have a choice to fly an underpowered smaller ship like a frigate and use their own skills for combat then just target then shoot.

No more MMOG's for me. Unless something REALLY good comes out.
Honestly, all the ones listed seem to be buggy atm and only have "potential" going for them. Remember EVE? Lotsa potential.
No more potential for me. Gotta be a solid product for me to play it.
I think I'm gonna switch to single player games, and since there aren't any good ones for a while, it'll have to be old single player games. |

bah i said that only EVE looked cool thats why im hear and not in any other MMO... and after this game i will not be playing any other MMO, so its back to FPS games for me then... AA:O is free at great enough to play few hours a day and get your fun

Who needs potential and storyline with Warhammer Online? Just point me towards the World Edge Mountains and I'll be the giantslayer in checkered pants and a cowbell nosering signaling last supper for an endless stream of goblins...
Why slay goblins the whole year 'round in that very same tunnel if you're a giantslayer you might ask!? Our fine scribe just pulled up the files on that one; Demented, as documented.

Seriously! The single player game market hasn't been this hot in a decade. I don't know how you could possibly say there are no good ones on the way! Especially Deus Ex II. The prequel was one of the most astounding single player experiences delivered on the PC in the history of gaming, period. I expect the same top-notch work from the sequel. Same with Half-life.
And a new XCOM game? Who doesn't love XCOM? If you don't, you should.

When I need a break from EVE, Puzzle Pirates is free, java based, and rocks my world. It also helps me keep up on the pirate slang I need to decipher some of the posts around here.

ya but how long will those games last? and stuff... most single player's last me 1-2 weeks at most, and the main part i buy them for multi-player... cause i dont play single player over and over and over, i play it once and i get it... just like most movies there are few classics of course  and few cases were i had to see it 2x to get it.
why would i be paying $50 for what 1-2weeks of fun? i think i would be better off staying in eve as long as it lives hehe

SWG doesn't come out in UK until this christmas...which im hoping once it is released, a lot of the bug has been ironed out. Another game is WoW. Atm, eve is the only one im playing, and to be frank, its boring...
