I actually enjoy the daily server crash. Please give us more server crashes to go along with the New Content.
Please, Sir. May we have another server crash to go along with all the wonderful NEW CONTENT? May we have more LAG? More BUGS?

My personal hangar will not load. I click on the icon I get a GUI that pops up and says:
"The transportID does not identify a known transport"
The market is also borked.

While the servers are correcting for all the invalid data pointers that result from a crash, it will take some time for your items to unlock as well as the lag to subside.
Don't worry, your stuff is still there, just be patient, it will be up and running soon.

While I do not think its worth complaining about yet again another server reboot, since this will not change anything, I would like to express a few feelings about the months of July/August...
The last 2 months and especially the month of August have seen an abyssimal performance in terms of TQ reliability... On top of this the Petitioning crisis that is now ongoing for at least 9 months is worsening by the week, and with it the temper of the GMs is also suffering heavily which neither helps the community or the GMs. Its come to the point where petitioning is a totally unreliable tool for those who truly need to use it ... (and I don't just mean reimbursement petitions)
In case you haven't realised yet CCP, you probably want to start thinking about remedying the poor image this is developping and the perception in the Eve community that this summer is becoming plagued with growing pains... all of this while all we hear from CCP is that all is good and its just business as usual this summer ...
While you parade in the trade fairs and break record after record of total numbers of users online... the game's reliability deteriorates and leaves many of the old users and news alike wondering what the hell you are doing ...
I would simply ask you address these issues before even considering deploying further patches and especially the momentous Kali expansion.

Anyone else getting a 'Connection Refused' in the News Box after they log in in the character selection screen? And if I select the character, the screen fades to black, and then stays like that.

I totally agree with Tas. I want to know why CCP hasn't fixed errors. CCP should be taking players comments and some of the more constructive suggests more seriously as players have invested a lot of time and money into playing this graphically wonderful game.
Sadly its reliablity needs to improve greatly and before adding more things on to the game shouldn't you be looking into the little bugs that are causing players to start slagging the game off.
Come on CCP for the players for the rep of EVE please, please sort out the bugs before adding new ones...don't become like microsoft and ingore the problem. This is how most of the great games die because the game developers and programers don't listen.
Please prove me wrong CCP and fix these problems

Not that im a expert, but why would Kali increase the stability problems the cluster is having? Most of the problems seems to be related to the database software this far.

You know... I have a real life outside of EvE. I spent today doing shopping with the wife, watching a bit of TV with the wife, taking a nap with the wife in the afternoon, and going out to watch a rugby match with the wife and her sister.
I spent most of today AWAY from EvE. I get home, have supper, and the wife goes to sleep...so I get some time to play. What do I find? THE SERVERS ARE F****** BORKED AGAIN!?!
WTF man?!
Not impressed, not one bit. Get it together. Holidays are over, you have all your staff. Don't give us some crap about you not doing XYZ with system ABC or whatever or tweaking some system that, oops, broke the server...again.

Client showing stuck at 16,730 players verified. Cannot log in other account. Stuck at the "Character Selection - Entering Game As XXXXXXX....." screen.

Same here, i had no lag at all in the system i was in.
Clone Jumped.
Clone removed from Destination and current one added in station.
Cant Activate Another Skill to Train.
No implants in my head and no clone at destination.
Gotta wait 24 hours to clone jump again.
Logged off to see if it was client lag.
Can't log back on.
If there is one thing i hate is LOST SKILLPOINTS....
OH, AND PETITIONS TAKING YEARS FOR A REPLY!!

With good peace of the "Serenity won't draw away any energy or resources from Tranquility: it will help us make more money wich will result in better hardware, better support, yadda yadda yadda..." stuff
Since RMR TQ has regularly been a cluster****, needed unscheduled reboots every day, has rigged with bugs more ancient than an australopitecus afarensis, new bugs, mutated bugs, transforming bugs, mimetic bugs, etc.
Since Serenity went online it is even worse.
But Once again I find myself here hoping that it will improve, that one day it will be ofixed, that one day... then I come to my senses and curse myself because I'm so in love with this game that it isn't even fun.
It is true, love makes you blind (the rational part of me, however has lost the hope).
Anyway, it is saturday evening, I have just come home from work and managed to have a free evening cuz the ebil wife and son are not at home (which has the chanches of happening of a snowball in hell) : can i ******* login now plz?

Guys you need to get your house in order.
Forget starting up card games, forget going to fancy get togethers, forget live internet tournament broadcast, cos that is all worth @#$%& ! if the main core of your business is not fuctioning at optimum.
It's no good promoting something when it doesn't work properley, especially when u have PAYING customers. Fix up the backyard b4 you try sell the front of the house.
I know a lot might not agree, but if you need to, shutdon EVE, for a week, and credit everybody for that week, so you can get an extended period to sort things out.
Just idea, use it, don't use it, BUT KEEP US MORE REGULARILY UPDATED.

Your problem, is costing me ingame ISK. Will anyone be compensated in any way for gaming time lost? Hell no. Why would you actually try to keep your customers happy...I mean, it's not like we pay you (NOT) to play.

Guys. You should be careful where you direct your aggro on. This problem could not be because of CCP's bad programming, maintanence, whatever. For all you may know, it may be beyond CCP's control and the problem could be due to faulty hardware somwhere. EvE may still run fine on faulty hardware but nobody is going to feel the problem until it becomes a major problem.
Think about it. It does not have to be a software problem. It might be a hardware problem. At least it felt like a hardware problem to me. >_<
