The whole "tear collection" bit amongst gankers, while rather obnoxious to me, isn't really hate, it's just being an *******. To clarify, killing targets of opportunity does not involve hate. Putting up a bounty, using locator agents, and targeting a specific person to kill them would normally constitute some form of hatred, as is the purpose of this thread. You don't do this kind of stuff to people you like! As far as for gankers hating their victims I actually see a lot of evidence of it. Whether it's calling them "carebears" or "pubbies," saying that "they are not real players," trying to wardecc them into NPC corps, enjoying their "delicious tears," or trying to blow them out of the game entirely, a lot of those things demonstrate at least some level of contempt and hatred to me. CODE hates their victims for choosing to play EvE as PvE "carebears," which obviously has no bearing on forgiving them if they renounce their ways and join CODE.
Big difference between disdaining a view point and hating someone. Which is something you are failing to grasp. You don't get our culture and have stated you hate us so I'm going to leave it at you are a pubbie.

That said, it IS just a game. Eve is a microcasm of society, and actions taken against you don't have real world consequences. That, as far as I'm concerned, is the entire reason to play this game. If you truly feel that we are evil because of our in game actions, this probably isn't the game for you.
In short, we want in game enemies so we play the villain. Claiming that this has any real world reflection on us is uncalled for and hurtful.
