Then in the rookie corp there were tons of CFC alts trying to get me into Razor/Fcon/Goons, but no PL alts to help get me into PL, so I decided PL were more elite than goons. Initially I supported CODE because I always found mining to be nauseating and miserable, and felt that the best outcome for miners was to die in a fire (in game of course). At some point CODE lost focus and turned on incursion runners, so I had to stand in strong opposition to them and their abandonment of their own code. I explained my views in a 2 hour TS session with them. At that point I became more aware of the extensive goonie recruitment scams, so they made my bad list too. That's about it really.
