Since we are taking wild guesses at who is behind certain character in EVE I will hazard a guess that the majority of those who have made personal attacks on me (hello Ferossa!!) are 35-40 years old, still living with their parents, have only ever had sex with their hand or a blow up sheep, have all the star wars figures in their original packaging, love star trek, collects comic books, and grow weed to supplement their dole payments each week. C'mon guys you seen me right? Aint I just adorable!! Dont I look like a guy you would trust with your life savings??. In fact guys, my life couldnt be better Ive been dating a glamour model for the past 5 years, I have 2 sucessful businesses, recently (friday just gone) bought a Subaru Impretza , and just put a ú12k deposit on my new house. Yarr!!! Get back to your basement trolls and try not to type on your keyboard too hard, you will wake your parents. Err I've always wanted to do this whole "my two cents" thing so here goes. You did make a video about this stuff(which made me lol anyways) So you not only A. Have no class B. Failed the Interwebs and C. Care what complete strangers over the internet think! ggs!!!

Contrary to what many have written, I found them to be crude and lacking any form of class. What they had in spades was style (wholly separate from what I would term class). They were powerfully effective in destroying the one thing which makes a corp work: trust. By turning one of our most involved and active corpmates, and convincing him to rob our hangars, the corp was shaken to the core. Many members left in the immediate aftermath. It certainly made an impact we would not forget (the only war of many I can think of which meets that criteria). The same style was on display later in the much more spectacular, sophisticated and altogether impressive Ubiquita Seraph incident. EIB merely took advantage of willing victims. It is merely one instance of countless events proving daily that "the stupid shall be punished." There was no worthy adversary, there was no powerful lesson, it had little to no impact on the most important feature in the game (player relationships). It is only fleetingly distinguished by its scale, soon to be displaced by a higher scam value as ISK inflation makes such numbers even more meaningless than they are today. EIB's only value within the Eve Canon is that it briefly inspired its own comparison with GH-SC's exploits, and in the course of doing so restoring to consciousness what achievements are possible when diligent effort, understanding of human behavior, and nefarious vision are applied to a challenging mission. I can only wonder with trepidation what sinister plot Istvaan and his band of wicked podpilots are advancing today.

Let's be honest, what the GHSC had was an excellent article written about them in PC Gamer, which made the story come alive and sound very cool. Like a lot of people, that's where I first heard about Eve and it piqued my interest. The EIB? People hear that a guy made a big pyramid scheme that scammed billions. Not quite as inspiring. Would people feel the same way about the GHSC if they simply heard about the heist in such a bland way? 1. They join a corp. 2. They wait a year to get hangar access. 3. They empty the hangars and pod the CEO. It's all in the dramatization.

Wow, I really thought you might have been a cool guy in real life until you made this post. No one on this thread even made a direct attack on your personal life, yet you are so quick to defend it. Actually, I think the first personal insults towards real life people on this thread came from you. Does your "glamour model" girlfriend (not that I believe you have one) know that you faked your own death in order to trick people? The fact that Dentara Rast had to make a video, stroking his p33n and talking about how hard he is in RL being up for GBH or some such s*** just makes it laughable tbh and that's why people are attacking his personality out of game. It's further supported by the sad "ooh, look what car I have" and "i'm about to own my own house" arguments for further p33n strokeage. The GHSC was a contract fulfilled that while it may have left a bitter taste in people's mouths, someone else was paying to put that taste there so fair play to em... GHSC gets my vote by a mile...

The EIB scam could have been cool, it could have had mystique, but with all the embarassing narcissism, video confessions and attention-seeking on the forums, he's thrown that away. Precisely the reason why most people rate GHSC higher, myself included. Really, I was pretty excited when the EIB story broke, and I thought it was a good achievement, as frauds go. A good story for sure. Now, though, with the never-ending "look at me, look at me" self-promotion, it's just pathetic. To the next would-be villain: execute your plan, simply say "I scammed you!", and walk away. No big monologues, no drama. People will think you are a genius. Or, if you choose not to reveal your identity at all, you'll have them speculating for ages about who actually did this. Either way, it will become myth. But whatever you do, don't post about your real life car, for Chrissakes. That's just pitiful.
