Instead of a static to a certain type of system (highsec, lowsec, etc), the exits are a certain network of systems that can be any type of k-space. Say "Shattered Hole X" has two static exits. One day those exits are a high sec and a null sec, next day it's two low sec exits, day after that it's a low and a null, etc. Would that be a thing the devs could pull off with too much headache in the coding? I actually paraded with a variety of civilians around the Circadian Seekers & the cloaked structures, no response tho. Unknown Structure appears close to the Aurora Arcology Station! Ready yourself!
