Have you ever tried to catch someone and force them to 1 vs 1 or even 2 or 3 vs 1 you. Its rediculously hard to do unless they totally overpoweringly can smack you down. Hell I have even suicided a few times just to actually get a fight. If you dont believe me, go try it out now. People are so risk averse I dont expect you to report the results for a few days Click Me

Can we leave the NPC's out as well. Get a whole new mining shard. Next week I wanna NPC, can we have an endless stream of NPC's lining up with every 30th spawn a officer and every 300 an estamel or whatever they are called. Two weeks later I wanna do some marketing stuff, thats an easy shard, only stations needed, no space anymore. Maybe introduce new clonejumps so u can jump from 1 shard to another and adjust ur implants to what u are doing. Of course this needs a new set of implants, market orientated. I really like this idea, maybe it will make Kali III. Endless extensions possible as well, Kali IV could introduce a chatting shard. Imagine the possibility's, u don't need to do mining, ratting, pvp, sell and buy orders, research crap. Just nicely chatting away about the next shard to be introduced. Going a little on, blabla, kali V could introduce a videochat. Camera translates the moves u make to your character, no more static faces. I would need more than that just to keep gank squads or patrols busy. About 20-40 wars would probably be sufficient to do reasonable business for clients.

Ships already aligned will still need to calibrate before warping - split the dual bonus modules such as tracking computers and sensor boosters - 5% of armor damage can only be repaired inside a station (you get hit for 100 damage, 5 of those damage get a special flag so that it doesn't get repaired.) - hull damage progresses downwards. 99% hull left will over time go to 98%, then 97%. The lower your current hull, the faster it goes down. A hull repairer or damage control reduces the rate it goes down. It can only be fixed at a station or a special POS module. Some of these things used to be in there but got nerfed away in favour of the carebears, other things are new which i think will make it a more interesting pvp game. As for the creating an extra shard will ruin the game, I don't think it will in this case, since all other examples are creating a non-pvp shard, here i do want a pvp shard since tranquility is getting more non-pvp by the minute PS: carebears don't bother to reply since this is not meant for you, you already got tranquility that you are ruining. I like it very much ... but as you see even our "so called pvpers are" carebearish at heart, shame on them ... it will not happen simply because players like us who like to have a challenge are a minority ... face it, we are too few ... ccp noticed that quite early (shiva patch) and made changes which appeal to carebears way more than to us. that's it, atm there is simply no other game on the whole planet which is even close to eve ... that being said there is no hope at all that we will get what we want in the upcomming 10 years ... I for myself will wait for the instas nerf, and judge after that if I will continue paying ccp for my sub ... Greetings Grim

So, in my mind, saying things like carebears don't bother to reply since this is not meant for you, you already got tranquility that you are ruining. just clouds the issues and attempts to make it a US vs THEM like rant. A better approach might be to say something like: Non-consential PVP is suffering and here's the reasons why But to try and "solve" the issue by suggesting that who you think is Carebears and PvPers should be segregated is pretty much suggesting that Eve stop being Eve and is more than likely asking for a pretty decent game to be turned into two boring versions of it.
