nerf warpscramblers? erm... NO!!! I would say: get scout (like someone before).Scouting is the most important thing in lowsec / 0.0
Better nerf WCS cause it's crap. Ships like a vaga with 2 stabs or an Apoc with 7 stabs are ships that can kill you and you can't kill them that's absoulute crap.. But I guess this has been said many many times before
/me still votes for the "-50% dmg mod per fittet WCS"-option |

Once your warp capactitor drops below a certain level you can no longer warp, the flip side of this is there would be no mass warp in - warp out in fleet battles, and everyone would have to stay and fight longer, or even to the bitter end
omg... uber idea there :D

Nice idea. Perhaps there could be an option to transfer warp capacitor to your main capacitor (but not back again)? --------------------------------------------------------------------

Deal with it. if you want stabs on a ship but it wont fit don't fly it into low sec or a situation that puts you at risk. You have no idea what pvp would be like if you had +2 stabs instead of +1. All sorts of idiots with ravens running around with +10 Warp stability strength (or in the extreme +16 with other battleships). to hell with that. ---------------------------------------

The forum rules need to be changed to say..
If you say something so stupid, that even dumb people are wondering what kind of idiot you'd have to be to post something like that, TomB will come to your house with a bat and it will not be nerf.

Look on the bright side.
Every warp scrambler they fitted, is an ECM module they hadn't.

There was another suggestion awhile back to do something similar to the capacitor.
When you say warp, it started adding 10 units a second until reaching 100, at which point you would warp. A scrambler would reduce that amount (significantly), a WCS would boost it a little.
This did 2 things, even being aligned for warp did not get you out instantly (still had to wait for the count up), and you could not be permenantly tackled.
A frig could lock you down for 30 seconds - a few minutes, but if it did not have the firepower to kill you, you would always eventually warp.

Warp scrams aren't an I-Win button. All they do is prevent the loser from running away. (assuming you out scram the stabs) ______________________________________________

Ok so I post saying that I'd like to see the effectiveness of warp scramblers reduced...not eliminated just reduced, and now here we have someone who's saying they are going to carry out physical violence on my person. Moderators is this cool, acceptable, rational? Personally I feel that people who threaten physical harm in a thread should be perma-banned. It's a game people, I have no problem with learn2play noob but I draw the line at threats.

"non-pvp types" don't belong in EVE.
on another note, no one was threatening real life harm on the OP, dont worry about it.
