Jump clones can't be evicted, unlike medical clones. I still have my JC in xzh, even though my medical clone was sent back to Renyn.

I've expected you so-called "friends" to do this all along. RISE has always had a big weakness, it allowed far too many leeches like NAS, ARHO and YW in its space, leaving it vulnerable to backstabbing of this kind.

We never planned to do this, CHON were the first to set us to -10 and deny us access to the refinery. We thought that the mails from the CEO of CHON spoke for the alliance, so we did the only logical thing.

to stop the speculations abit about nas.
nas we set to positive when rise moved into CR aswell as any other entity that were living in in CR. such as youwhat..
youwhat abused their docking rights to prepare assault on us with repeated claim they were to assist us in defense in CR. they had full mining, ratting, refine, docking etc. they abused that by filling up their wallets and gathering intel. any claim that YW didnt use it to stage assault is obviously false, cause they knew we would block docking rights as soon as tehy started to invade. so no chivalry there.
NAS were not set -10 by RISE, they were however not allowed to dock. which is truly just a natural action any alliance would take under attack. if you truly wanted to stay neutral u could just have waited abit longer until the dust had settled and your docking rights would have been returned to you..
u taking YW side in the conflict proves that removing your docking rights were infact the correct action.
removing docking rights for corps outside alliance during war time is obvious action for any alliance..
so plz stop claiming we treated you badly..

Just an observation about the NAS docking rights, IMO, if done without warning, could easily be interpreted as a hostile act, given that the corp shut out could have billions in assets stashed in your station.
It's like being evicted from your apartment and being told you can't get in to move your stuff out...not very pleasant for the person being ousted.

first of all we got set to -10 the same time we got denied access to stations we tried for several days to contact somebody but we got banned when we tried to convo and just recieved no answer to mails you say we stabbed your alliance in the back ....did you guys leave us a choice??? we tried to stay netral and not get involved in this problem but no you guys had to make sh** up to force us to choose too bad it wasn t in your favor and now you try to make us look bad for choosing a side we where forced to choose in my eyes the rise alliance is a bunch of backstabbing ppl this is not ment for some ppl in this alliance there are friends in there and there a ppl that are as corrupt as it can be and those are to find in the leadership of the rise alliance

Sorry, but it isn't true. RISE always had N-A-S +. You've never been "targets" by our side and never been set -10 (till your attack on RISE hauler today even before your postings on forum). N-A-S even had no stading change after your POS'es killed RISE pilots (killmail dated 2006.09.02 16:03). You could always hunt around, mine and moonmine. RISE wasn't asking anything in return and never shot you. The only change during wartime was closing the refinery to the entities friendly to the enemy. You could still use other stations, refine at POS'es, etc. So yes, you had a choice.

well if we re not at -10 before how come somebody of our corp got pod killed by a rise and we are being ignored since about a week + set on convo ban lists i personally wrote a mail to xinus and got no response (i saw em online )i even tried to contact other rise members some of em where really nice some of em put me on banlist explain that

Xinus isn't Rise. He's YouWhat, more specifically, he's SteelVipers and has been for 2 Years, 3 Months and 2 Days.

Better check if you got podded by YW and meant to set them to -10 instead.
Not that it matters now. Contact our diplomats when you regret this decision (RISE's diplomats btw.).
