Edited by: Captain Moroni on 05/03/2007 22:50:48 if it hasn't been mentioned yet.... I wouldd have to say... the best "overall" player-created eve-videos is the THIS IS EVE video.
if we could get every MMORPG player to see that video.... CCP would have issues with server capacity.... so i guess its a good thing only we watch these vids :)

i agree that Loxy's video is the best overall-video ...
however as best solo-pvp video, i would have to say either:
1) Not another Gank Movie by Kibito
2) Mave of Mutliation 2 by Farjung
3) Nowhere To Hide by Cown
(these guys make pvp look easy)

I try not to be biased but I always thought that Dave Tehsulei's Blasterthron was a great movie, even before I was in the same corp as him, it was great for it's time and I don't think age has made it any worse.

I posted this elsewhere, but thought it deserved a second mention. For me, my absolute favourite PvP movie is Battleship Gnosis by Heraklitus Nomidzon. It has some fantastic fights, both small scale and those approaching 'fleet', as well as one of the coolest music mixes yet. There's also some nifty editing in there too, with accelerated sections and use of TS communications.
It was all summed up when the MC said, "With the Battle Angels, it sounds like they're sipping tea when they PvP". This film captures that perfectly; reserved, efficient and just plain cool.

Damn... Just downloaded and watched it and I have to agree with everything you say there. It really is just damn cool. Wouldn't think that music would work but it really does. And that teamspeak part... Just inspired :P. ---------------

That's a real TS recording too. Marko, Randay and Harry are some of the coolest sounding space jocks around, and it's always a pleasure roaming with them through zero-zero space.

Video about how The Syndicate Inc deals with the loss of the ASCN/BoB war, the loss of what used to be our home for almost 2 years. Our visit to IAC and later forming Invictus and going to war with F4T4L to secure a new home. Awesome video, although ofcourse i'm a bit biased, even if I try to be unbiased I find it a reallly good vid. ____________________

Edited by: CamMan on 20/03/2007 13:00:47 didnt read every single reply, but for me there are a couple of videos that didnt get mentioned.
storytelling - The Great Northern War (Timeline) - Outbreak / Tides of War the video that tell the story of the GNW the war was epic, and the storyline was well told
solo - Reckless, by Farjung
fleet - well fleet movies just arent that exciting to watch.

Wow... who made Eve Never Fades? Awesome vid! I've yet got to see many other vids but this one is best from what i've seen so far. And i have to mention that Concordoken'd is very funny
Btw, how to fix contrast in Adobe Premiere so there would be true colors (not high contrast and darkened)?
