Have NPCs sell the T2 Cargo Expander for a high price, using it as an Isk sink for the game. I'd suggest NPCs sell them for at least 20mil each. Only mine whats being asked for and sell at a higher rate, i do 5 to 10% above market price. i make around 700.000.00 isk with 100.000.00 units of veldspar PPG

Stop trying to make out like this would harm you if they didnt seed these bpos, i know for a fact you dont have many, if any, research agents that would give out the expanded cargo 2 or nanofibre 2 bpos.

Like the shield boost amplfier bpo's aswell.

Then the bpos were seeded via the r&d system where 20 more were given out and thus now you see millions and millions of bpc's on escrow for the said item.
