Background
As you are all aware the famous Guristas pirate organisation was founded by two men known only as 'Fatal' and 'The Rabbit'. What is not common knowledge however, is the fact that since its beginning, the Guristas organisation formed a second corporation; legal, invisible and silent until now:
Young Guristas pilots of all races that complete their schooling and are given expert training in all forms of starship warfare. As these junior warriors are being trained by the Guristas and send out spies into other regions of Eve to gather intelligence and find sympatethic pod pilots throughout the regions.
At any time the Guristas can activate the memory suppresion implant by sending a coded message, and these pilots will return home, armed with extra experience and information.
The Uprise
The CN have many recruits and many brainwashed slaves who are deluded into thinking they are free.. Self Sacrifice in the name of the State, everything for the greater good.
The truth, my friends, is that the definition of greater good for the State is synonym to enriching the pockets of the CEO's of the Caldari Corporations at the expense of the Caldari man, woman and child. Do you know how much isk the State values the life of your loved ones? We don't want to commit suicide for an extra exotic dancer for Murvunauvas Ralpas, We don't want to commit suicide for an extra portion of Longlimb Roe's for Haatakan Oiritsuu.
Caldari State is a nanny state that is justified with words like 'Peace' and 'Harmony' as a cover for the mega corporations and their fat officers.
Enough is enough!
We are activating all our sleepers!
Your little trips to Guristas space will be expensive, your ships will be destroyed and your ship modifications added to our hangers. And it will take more than a Raven with kinetic shield hardeners to guard your mining parties.
The days of Guristas oppression are coming to an end; we will destroy the unlawful trespassers that enter our space. For too long the Caldari Navy has attacked the Guristas and their loved ones. They have tried to oppress them, and bend them to their own will.
They can hide or fight it will make no difference, they can grovel and seek the support of their entire Navy ranks if it pleases them; This day the oppression of the Caldari Navy dies and the power of the Guristas will be the one true word throughout the whole of Eve.
Continue to tell your children The Black Rabbits are coming and tell yourself we are just a bad dream, stuff of myth, legend and fantasy.

Naphtalia, you poor lost and misguided soul. I have never worked for the slime that infests Jita, since the early days of joining the 'Reserve' I have done nothing to better MY self and that of MY brothers in arms. Yes we might at times fly for the Navy, yes we put our lives on the line for the State but rest assured, we are ferocious when it comes to protecting that which is ours.
You talk about freedom and friendship when all I see is just another pirate corp trying to force its ethics on those who would rather see scum like you scattered as dust across the infinity that is space.
Go back to your lawless space, return to your own kind and never look towards Empire space, there is nothing for you here.

More outlaws and free-thinkers in the Beyond are welcome indeed. I would hope for an emphasis on the destruction of state oppressors rather than a desire to close borders and see off 'trespassers' but it would be churlish to reject outright any spicy new ingredients added to the dish of chaos and anarchy.
