Near the beginning there was a point where the show could possibly have addressed WoW's genuine shortcomings, but instead the writers took the easy way out and filled the episode with blanket CRPG stereotypes of doughy computer nerds. As computer gaming becomes more mainstream (ironically something helped along by WoW) these stereotypes as humor are becoming less and less amusing.

Um... the episode referenced a ton of stuff dealing with WOW, like raiding and griefing. And yes, while not all people get fat and pimplely from playing games, it was funny to see it happen to the SP kids. If you look at WOW raiders, that's pretty much how they live their life, which is why I stopped raiding. Anyone who has played all aspects of WOW will tell you that that episode was spot on to the WOW community minus some of the exagerations (fat, pimplely, kids ****ting on parents). -------------------------------------- http://digitalsdomain.spaces.live.com/ <--- Check it out.
