We have no ultimatums, we make no demands. We set no timescale, nor limits to this engagement. We have only the strong and forthright conviction that the Caldari State is a rotten edifice of corrupted bureaucracy wrapped about the masochistic fancy of poisonous pride. Caldari Prime is no more. State progression is no more. It is time the capsular militias learned this and it is our duty to help them into future incarnations more befitting the conscious prowess of posthumanity. There will be no negotiation. Our course is set. "While the State exists, there can be no freedom. When there is freedom there will be no State." _________________

This war dec does not catch the Kimotoro Directive by surprise or unprepared. It was obvious from the beginning the entire tournament scheme was a way to draw Directive forces and by not participating we have already forced the Star Fraction to change its plans. The Star Fraction can attempt to hide behind their flowery speech but their actions as pirates and in support of pirates is well known. It is not freedom for all they seek but freedom from law, freedom from order, freedom from allowing others freedom. While the Star Fractions course may be set, they have not foreseen the storms along their way. The Directive as always stands for the Caldari State and will do what is needed to protect the Caldari people from these pirates.
