I wouldn't trust that site since it's not shown on the official Authorized ETC seller website.
They might as well be scammers that have a ETC generator giving out random numbers

I've dealt with the GMs a few times in the past, and on the whole they seem to do a decent job. I've had a few petitions accepted, a few others denied, but I don't feel any resentment to any of them.
However, I question their judgement in this case.

EVE is my fourth MMORPG, by and large the most enjoyable. I'm a veteran of UO, EQ, and WoW. After playing since May, I have noticed one thing very different about it. Your customer service is deplorable.
While I know people who've waited literally months for ship reimbursement due to server crashes, your GMs seem to be ban-crazy. I know a number of other people, inside and outside GoonSwarm, who've been banned over the last 2 months for allegedly time-card scamming. It's apparent to me your GMs take the word of the accuser, and make no attempt to validate their claim before issuing a pre-emptive ban.
It's really quite pathetic and I suggest you review your internal procedures for issuing bans before you continue this practice.
Oh, and FREE REMEDIAL!!!!

Remedial is not the first goon, and I'm certain not the first EVE player, to get banned in this fashion, without a hint of investigation.
The particulars of this ban is not what merits discussion, that will hopefully be solved through the appropriate channels.
What needs to be clarified is if all who handle more than a token amount of timecards will be subject to this kind of periodically occuring blanket bans.

Two goons were banned for almost 2 months for the same reason. They were cleared after something like 80 emails back and forth with CCP GMs. Who's to say Remedial's attempts won't be ignored like theirs?
