Just yesterday someone offered me a loan because I complained that I didn't have enough money to properly fit my new Comet. I've also helped many noobs with Worlds Collide and other hard missions.
I also got podded recently and lost a Typhoon. :(

My answer to you is simple, because I will do whatÆs best for eve.
With your 10mil isk, I will buy 2 new tech II guns. With these guns I will be able to kill more of my targets. With more targets being destroyed, demand in the region for ships & mods will increase. With the increase in demand, suppliers will run to fill the increase in orders. Now the suppliers will put a strain on the current availability of minerals, and thus miners can raise prices to reflect the levels of demand. Now outsiders will see the raising mineral prices as an opportunity to cash in, and now more people will be mining to fill mineral orders, to fill manufacturing orders, to fill purchase orders. While the circle may seem complete the fat lady has yet to sing.
Now that there is inflation in the amount of miners the market will become saturated and mineral prices will plummet. Now manufacturer will buy up all the cheap minerals & produce an excess of ships & mods. Now the prices for ships & mods will plummet as the supply has overreached the demand and there will be cheap goods for all of eve, forever.
