Issue: Gates are locked Location: Hasama and Ossa in Lonetrek
Attempts to use jumpgates fails indicating that ship cannot use the jumpgate. I tried to use the jumpgates with a Caldari Shuttle, Blackbird and a Badger II.

Bug Report: New Carrier bonuses (50% bonus to shield and armor transfer range per Level) does not work with Large Remote Armor Repairer. Large Remote Armor Repairer's range is 9,000m, and the range bubble on the tactical overlay and the "Show Info" indicates that the range is still 9,000m (It should be 18k with my skills). I do not have the skills to fit a Capital Remote Armor Repair. 200% Bonus to Fighter control range do not work with regular drones (Ogre I's for example). However, Drone Control Units and the +1 Fighter control bonus DO work for regular drones.
Location: Potentially anywhere
Ship Used: Thanatos Skills used: Gallente Carrier Level 2 (should give 100% range bonus to remote armor and shield reppers) Build: 2.14.27035 OS: Win XP Home SP2
Notes: The Fighter damage bonus on the Thanatos was reduced to 5%, and this new bonus was added. The bonus does not make sense for this race, as Gallente are an armor based race. The bonus would make more sense if it were a 50% bonus to Armor and ENERGY transfer range per level. For Caldari and Minmatar, the bonus should be SHIELD and ENERGY range per level.
Note also that all the carriers got this change, but the Minmatar Carrier bonus of remote repper cycle reduction time still is unbalanced vs the Thanatos' +5% Damage for Fighters per level. Perhaps the Minnie Carrier should get a Fighter Tracking Bonus per level.
The Carrier was designed as the ultimate drone ship. I am disappointed that the drone bonuses don't work on regular drones. Any Carrier pilot can tell you that Fighters can't hit frigs (and to some extent cruisers) very well. Regular Drones fit the anti-frig role very well, but the Carrier can't do it as well as the Dominix or other drone-based ship.
Also, Fighters need some love. They don't MWD back to the Carrier, and take a significant amount time to re-dock. Gurista 10/10 complex overseer is bugged, the fleet stronghold, it only drops a 14th tier overseer effect when its meant to drop a 23rd tier.

Location: C4C in Fade Character: Liinn Description: Background in space flashes in bright white and two letters from Fade (de) could be seen in the background. Changeing system didnt help. Needed to bring up the map and close it. Reproduction steps: I was docked. Opened Map with F10. Searched for a systm (P-vyvl) and set autopilot. Undocked (still with map opened). When i was undocked (or during docking dont know) i pressed close (above overview) and the map closed. But it looked like i didnt exit map mode and the starlight covered the whole screen. And the last two letters was shown. The light "flickered".
I have screenshoots but they are 4 meg big (bmp?!? Didnt they come in png before?) if needed.

BUG : The queue !!!
If you put a wrong password, no information on logon. You wait 1-3h in the queue and Wrong password => last on the queue, need to rewait 1-3h !!!
Same thing if you crash in the game. I would test Kali but at each connect, I crash after 1-2sec and I need to remake the queue STOP !!!
Make something for improved this queue (check pass before the real connect and when you crash, you have 2 min for logon without wait in the queue).

Bug on latest build (27055 i think):
The T1 hybrid rig that gives additional Optimal range does not work. All other hybrid modules work as intended.
Bug has been reported.
P.S. please reduce the nerf on NULL, as it is borderline useless now. Reducing the tracking penalty to 25% would make it marginally usefull.

stuff i should have posted before from 2.14.26961 i believe:
1. on undocking from any station the "item info" on top of overview is minimised. may be a new feature but it's another unnecessary mouseclick to open it on every undock. - no change in latest public access test.
2. if viewing starmap when you jump with region names active the view returns to spaceflight mode after the jump with the region names superimposed over flightmode galaxy view. Could have been lag related and required me to open mapview and close it again to make it go away. not reproduced in latest public access test.

problem with contracts -
Observed: I saw the list of items up for auction on the contracts window for The Forge, with their current bid prices. I saw that the bid price on an item was 9.5million ISK. I selected Place Bid and a window came up suggesting 10.5million ISK - OK. I placed the bid. The list of contracts still showed 9.5million ISK on the item I had bid on, even after several minutes. Selecting GET CONTRACTS again fixed it.
Expected: it should change in the main list once you've made the bid.

On the new Kali build (the one that could be downloaded a couple of hours before the dragon patch test):
Scanner window doesnt show the remaining time of a scan if closed before.
1. Closing the scanner window while waiting for the conclusion of a scan. 2. Open it anew.

Issue: When selecting option to see solar system in browser (last option on selectable menus) crashes client to desktop
Priority: High as repeatable and reproducable
Related Issue: When selecting "show info" on station from overview and clicking on info button for SOLAR SYSTEM ONLY, client crashes to desktop.

Game crashes within 10-20 seconds of logging into my character. This happens every time without fail. Tried: Deleting Cache.

Bug in Contracts, placing under-bids: Open Contracts->Available Contracts click [get contracts] Right click on an auction contract->place bid Starting Bid is 1,000,000, 2 Bid entered. Current bid is 1,100,000 "Your Bid" is pre-filled with 1,200,000 Enter "50" into Your Bid. click [Ok].
Contract indicates "You are highest bidder" and current bid shows 50 ISK. Placing another bid... Placing another bid shows current bid as 50, Your Bid pre-filled as starting bid.
Expected: Bids lower than current bid should be rejected.

Not sure if this is already known, but Hybrid turret scope rigs don't affect the optimal range of hybrid turrets (tested on Rokh). And damage rigs STILL stack with damage mods... Issue: Bugs in systemmap System: FD-
1) On the system map there are some graphic effects showing up (for example one from star gates) that shouldn't be there in my opinion.

2) If you hit F10 to open the map (the system map was previously selected) and hit it again shortly before the map appears completely (it's a bit tricky to time), the circles around the celestial objects don't appear at all.

When using powergrid capacity rigs after logging on any ship using them will have guns offlined that you would not normally have the powergrid for without the rigs. This happens both in station and in space.

Sift probes are only usable in the Imicus/Heron/Probe Frigates or in case of Amarr in the Anathema Covert Ops. Even with Signal Acquisition on level 5 you cant use them on any other ship due to the 300 seconds max flight time - 15 seconds rate of fire from the probe launcher.

Mouse weirdness
I have noticed that sometimes the mouse pointer and keyboard focus seem to have random behavior. Random in the sense, that the observed movement and focus highlighting does not have any relation with I am actually doing with the mouse.
This has happened once yesterday, while in-game, and today again, on the login screen, just after it loaded up.

Issue: Mining bonus not propagated in fleet System: J-LPX7
Steps: (1) Log on myself (foreman lvl 2 on sisi) and my miner alt.
(2) Create old-style gang. Verified that gang bonuses are not propagated, as advertised: 1145.7 ore units yields 71 units of crokite.
(3) Convert to fleet. Now I've got this pretty red tree structure with Herman as (Cmdr)(Boss), and Henri sitting in Wing 1 Squad 1. The expected result should be 1145.7*1.04 = 1193.6 ore units, or 74 units of crokite. However, further laser cycles continue to produce 71 units.
If there's something else I'm supposed to have done when creating the fleet, it sure escaped me while fiddling with right-click menus. Perhaps it's a known bug that no gang bonuses are currently working?

I had 6 Heavy Launchers fitted, and I just put a small tractor beam into the final high slot. When I tried to undock, the system would not let me, becuase I have 7 launchers fitted, but space for only 6. When I checked the fitting screen, it does read that I have -1 launcher slots. So the tractor beam is being read as a launcher. I didn't think it was supposed to work like that, so thats why I'm putting in a report.

EDIT: I just checked on Tranq to see how tractor beams worked, and they do not count as either a turret or a launcher, so this is indeed a bug, unless this is a change I'm not aware of.

Problem: CTD after log about 20s in. Frequency: every attempt. Location: Perimeter system. Ship: rokh.
This problem affects only my main character, all alts are fine but in different systems. When logged in the ship attempts to come out of warp, pauses to load in the police ships around the gate then CTD's.
Have tried clearing the cache with no success. Bones heal and chicks dig scars
