They want to change it so your ship doesn't automatically warp off if it's in a bubble though. This doesn't mean the current logging out of bubbles isn't exploiting the system because it's perfectly legal in CCP's eyes to do so as of now. If you alt f4 out of a bubble, you know full well what it does, and you are using it to bypass the in-game mechanics. The same logic can be carried over to this whole gang warfare. As the system works now, you can abuse it like lofty has. The point is, the system wasn't intended to be used that way, so therefore you are exploiting it, even if it's legal. It's all about personal honor, I guess. In lofty's eyes being lame and using game mechanics against people is OK.
