C-Bomm Explosive Assistance 0	Posted - 2015.04.19 09:18:51 - [1] - Quote Over the past few days I have increasingly experienced the Eve Launcher starting up in 'Offline Mode' with no apparent explanation. The times at which it happens appear to be completely random also. Has/is anyone else experienced this? I can't seem to find any kind of fix other than completely removing the client and reinstalling it, which is a pain in the arse to be honest. Would be grateful for some suggestions/insight. Thanks.

My launcher am in offline mode just now. Assumed it was maintenance time? Am I wrong?

Same problem here on W8.1, restarting the launcher a couple of times does the trick. Create your own in-game shiplabels: >EVE Custom Ship Labeler application forum thread >iciclesoft.com

Same here today. Lots of lost sockets too. Short research revealed intermittent packet loss somewhere in the EU, so nothing on CCP's side. Some isp's forgot to feed the hamsters. Restarting the launcher does the job. Remove insurance.

And when it does come up after retrying, it won't show the number of players currently online. It also seems to occur with eveonline.com itself, sometimes a page just times out and then comes through when the browser reattempts...
