I could SWEAR there was a rule against it. Scamming using forums for ingame items is fine with CCP. They removed the rule after athe ipos scams.

If you have to buy it on the open market then aprently you dont have people in ships hualing to your owen pos or defiend your pos for you. Thus they are not backing you. Seriously, there should be a game mechanic to buy/sell these things, otherwise I see GM intervention for sales of this nature as a perfectly logical option. Do you think he should have to risk it, just because they've not coded in a way to sell them yet? Wishing for better mining ships in a system near you.

However due to the unintended side effect (ship not unable to dock), there is no way to post it on market since...you guessed it...items can only be sold on said stations! I have years of experience in trading and back in old days when trade window had 2bil limit on transactions, GMs were happy to assist (however they were usually delegating ISD member to assist with trade, yes, ISDs handle petitions as well). So I know better how to make the deal without risk, and handing over even 0.01isk without certainty is not something I would ever do.
