Well, despite the rantings, tantrums and general lameness of certain Dusk & Dawn members, the auction is over.
The method of sale was clearly stated at the begining of the auction and will proceed as such.
Zincol will become the owner of our first retail Nyx.
Next one out of the oven in 3 weeks and 3 days.
Method of sale will be the same and ALL Dusk and Dawn members will be excluded from bidding, thanks to the trolling of thier members this time around.

Maybe its because everyone (Except for you guys i guess) knows GMs arent there help people buy a ship just because theyre scared of losing their money?
The mechanics to buy this ship are ingame, its called a 3rd party, use it.
Mechanics in game are MARKET. However due to the unintended side effect (ship not unable to dock), there is no way to post it on market since...you guessed it...items can only be sold on said stations!
I have years of experience in trading and back in old days when trade window had 2bil limit on transactions, GMs were happy to assist (however they were usually delegating ISD member to assist with trade, yes, ISDs handle petitions as well).
So I know better how to make the deal without risk, and handing over even 0.01isk without certainty is not something I would ever do.

The trading window limitation is quite bit diffrent from the mothership selling issues.
One is unintended and there is no way around it.
The other is intended and has an easy solution.
You guess which goes where.

The "easy" solution isn't something I would do either... the third pary I mean. For that ammount of isk at least. GM would be my only choice. ESCPECIALY because in this very thread, the creator doesn't accept a third party deal 
I'm curious as to whether zincol will get his mothership tbh.... keep us posted

No, that just means the poster will be banned from the forum if it turns out to be a scam, it has nothing to do with the game itself.
Since when will a scammer be banned from forums if he only scams with ingame items and ingame currency? Only thing that will result in any sort of banishment are those that involve real world currencys like gtc or chars. At least thats what i was lead to believe. If theres more to it, enlighten me, pls.

It's against the forum rules to use the forum for a scam. Hold on while I find them.
EDIT: Hmm, I can't seem to find it. I could SWEAR there was a rule against it.
They changed the rules and will only ban if it has to do with real cash. let me find the post :)
