I would like to know why the 3 page sticky was unsticked infavour of this one? Is it so taht every one complains in one trhed then you unstiky it let it fall off the frount page and thus keep the complaing thereds down to small ones so it does not look so bad?

Also keep in mind that they have been having issues with their ISP this week.
Not always CCP's fault.
Yeah there was something like a break in at their London based isp one of these days? But let's not indulge in speculation.

YOU have had lag and disc, i have not, not even when dragon was installed. must be the playstyle, or is it?
a couple server outages doesnt bother me, no lag, no disconnects, but then, i dont have WOW installed on my computer.....bahahhahaha |

Hehe, then it'll just re-fresh again after 10 mins, for another 10 mins... Just to get our hopes up ay.
Even if it does come back, we'll probably get ****ty gameplay all night on and off, re starts.. etc etc..

Then again if you're like me and was on playing this morning after the servers came up (I was on for over 2hrs) and decided to set a quick skill that you needed (which I did) and BAM the server dies... and now that skill is done and I'm sucking wind on time.
I'm not asking for a time credit or anything like that but saying "CCP said to set a long skill" is BS. I did set a long skill a 10 day one for the upgrade. Then the servers came up and were running solid so I turned off the long skill and turned on a short one that I needed more. Just pointing out the flaw in your logic.
Anyway... hope they get it back up soon. I really don't want to loose too much time on my training plan.

So what if he laughs in my face, I have been in customer service all my life and the way to deal with customers is NOT to make them feel like they dont matter, the way is to make them feel important and to let them know that you are trying. Deleting a post here 1 minute after posting which has no vulgarity, and no inappropriate or harmful content is simply dictatorial and it shows that customers do not matter. server starting up, prepare for long login times as everybody will be wanting to login at the same time. Lag will prob remain for a while aswell as we do have peak time now

Bump that! .... although i must admit, having just started my 14 day free trial, this is not exaclty the best foot foward if they want me to pay-to-play. but anyway gongrats to the Dev team for saving CCP from firebombing. hopefully 10,000 logins wont re-crash teh server.
