The issue was resolved and as soon as I have more information, I will pass it along. As for the remaining forum portrait issue, I am looking into the hold-up. Evidently, this is a long process in which TQ is being polled for each character that has posted to the forums, then the character image is resized and moved over to the My EVE server page. Unfortunately, I do not have an estimated time of completion, but I thought the update would be appreciated. kieron Community Manager, EVE Online

This will most likely be done during a downtime, as we'll replace the old portrait content with the new content (removing redundant portraits from characters that aren't active anymore ... got to save disk space, right?). so basically, the process is : - rendering all portraits - downtime and magic 'copying of image data' - restart rendering with automated replication resulting in updated forumportraits 'almost instantaneously'Ö - chains removed, beard shaved, respect regained and humiliation period over (and finally a decent meal).
