for some reason i am either getting stuck at Aquiring bulk data, or i start to load in and EVE freezes.
is there any workaround for this?

looking at the time, it's not a downtime issue..
guess you should clear out your cache for starters.
go to C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\cache
And delete everything, but keep prefs.ini and the Settings folder.
and come back here if it doesn't work :)

Chances are with the amount of traffic the server is negotiating you may well experience logging in difficulties.
There are limits on the amount of people logging in at one time, added to this there are those that are auto-patching and once having logged in the database running through and deleting instas.
So because of the above and especially if you have a lot of bookmarks, be prepared for a wait.

I am not even getting to the point where i would choose my account and enter my password, i autopatched and now it hangs with the cover art for revelations then after 10-15 seconds it disappears and nothing occurs from there.
I cleaned my cache and such, checked my computer settings just in case, and still nothing, any suggestions?

I'm stuck on ther startup screen. It's been "checking status...." for 20 minutes or so. Thought it might be that "bookmark delay" that people were talking about, but now I'm doubting it.
Am I hung up or is this "checking status" delay normal ?

I thought bookmarks had to be deleted by players. At least that is what a website article implies when it asks us not to delete them all right now.

Well, I am stuck at "Entering game as Bahridahl"...
If they are limiting the number of people...am I frozen in some form of a queue? Or is this a lock-up?
