With all due respect to all the players who replied to this post and to the devs: this (Eve) is a paid service like any other in gaming industry and I don't see how can someone be congratulated for their hard work whilst they have a job to do, but encounter issues in doing so.
If this was a free service, then, and only then, would I congratulate the hard work, but until then, I honestly expect 2+ million skill points for all this hassle created by the poor service since Odyssey to present time.
It is not us (player base paying with money or PLEX) who have the honor to play this game, it is the other way around, especially in these times where gaming sees a brand new approach and attitude towards customers aka gamers.
This is the hard-bone social fact, and it is not whining nor a personal offense brought to CCP employees, but you (CCP Company) have to become aware of the surroundings of other companies who develop Sci-Fi games and you have to care for your player base, not with announcements 'in time', but with real and tangible customer support compensations. |
