The problem is that the login screen hangs on checking status, or alternatively once a hour I may get to loading bulk data dialogue and it will hang there and eventually timeout. I have tryed deleting cache, I downloaded the full client from scratch and reinstalled after doing a regsitry clean just to try to rule that out but still no success. I was able to login yesterday for a while but the problem has since came back today. I understand if this is patch related and am happy to wait out the problem if its being looked into but yesterday when mayn people posted of their login problems there was no official word that it might be looked into etc Thank you for taking the time to consider the problem.
