I Have the mis-fortune of being podded by Evolution members. I was on route to update my clone, as I had not needed to in the past. I didnt realise that my clone was so basic. I lost my skill points and so the game is back to square one for me :(
To exact my revenge I have been hitting their mining op with Gurilla tactics, Im now only a n00b, with a n00b ship, with my clone set in my home base. This now allows me to be a bit careless so I can keep hitting them again and again.
After a period of 2 days, they (evolution) filed a harrassment complaint against me! Im the one thats been victimised here, forced or tried to force out from my home. I have replied to the harrassment petiton with one of my own.
Evolution has dropped to an all time LOW, they have now started to spout information about my parents and my life. I will post a link to a picture to explain more.
I think you'll agree with me that to call my parents, this is SICK I feel extremely hurt and I don't know the best way to go about this.
I have never felt the need to post before, I pays my monies and I play my game.

Your CEO needs to take action over this... At worst its a bannable offense.
Never mind the fact that you barge in and take over systems that other people have called home for many months.
Nothing more than playground bully tactics, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Perhaps the many postings about your actions are true after all and you really are not just pirate hunters but pirates yourselves.

Unless you had less than 30k skillpoints, I find it fairly unlikely that you lost them all when you were podded.
Even so, you should always remember your clone.

ok basically this guy has been comming into the system, trying to blow up our cans etc. so we podded him over and over actually 38 times. he would come back saying "I LIKE PAIN" then spammed us in local with some kinda quotes from a book. he wouldn't leave us alone for 9 hours, so we handed in a petition.

Towards the corp:
Play the game. If someone gets on a vengeancerage against you, kill him..over...over...over...over...and over again. It's not harasment against players, it's harasment against the corporation in a roleplay kind of manner. I don't mind someone calling my daddy-o whatnot and a bit worse, but some do. So some consideration is appropriate.
Towards GAC:
Harden your skin kid. Anything that revolves around thousands of people from all around the world will have people calling you names, your mother a man, your poodle ****-le and your grandmother a clown. When you started your attack, you asked for a beatdown verbally.
So to both:
Play the game and grow up a bit.

yeah, the more I think about it, the more fishy it smells.
a) I've not heard of *anyone* losing all their skillpoints, even with no clone at all.
b) You stated that you did have a clone, but it is out of date. Which would make you a liar.
and the comeback 'my parents are dead' is older than the hills, and it's accuracy cannot be judged in-game. So the only means of verification we have available is your trust-level, which, after b) above, is in question.
I won't comment on the other guys claims, as I cannot verify them at all.

He didn't say he lost ALL his skillpoints, just that he lost his skillpoints. The trust factor of anyone you don't know is pretty much zero so that goes for both parties.
If anything, it's a good RP "I'm gonna get you sucka" type of thing, "and your little dog, too!"
But bringing personal RL insults into the game is just about as stupid as it gets.

Agreed though, such insults are totally unnecessary.

ya, you acted like a bunch of babies, and then made RL insults towards him and his parents.
I think that the player doing this insulting should be banned for awhile, and your corp should accept that the "harrasser" is using a tactic that is acceptable in eve (or GM's are saying that to repeat an action of grief is a bannable offense, and be forced to ban Biomass and SI also...).

Can't change the past, but an apology might help. No matter how much someone is annoying you, childish name-calling and dragging RL insults into a game is only making your corp look bad. You may be arrogant so and so's, but even I didn't think Evol would stoop that low.
You know my views on Evolution's take-over of Aring so I am not going to go over them again here. There's not a lot I or my corp can do about it so no point flogging a dead horse.
However, and I am not sticking up for Evolution here (heaven forbid!), there could be some truth in the suggestion that GAC is not quite telling the whole truth. Our corp have been active in Aring for quite a long time, and I was using it as my home base for a couple of months. During that time I got to know a lot of the 'locals' and never once encountered GAC.
Why is it that when someone tells you that there are over a billion stars in the universe, you believe them, but if they tell you there is wet paint somewhere, you have to touch it to make sure? |

The screenshot chats may be harsh or inappriate, but when someone is acting lame, they get met by the same thing.
If this person wanted to mess with our mining op, he is much welcome to do so, with proper fighting. We can blow up impairors til next month. After 3 days of doing it, it becomes boring and, not to mention, totally lame.
Yes, we take over a system. Yes, we bully people out. Yes, you are free to stop us from doing so.
Being lame with the sole intention to **** ppl off to the degree that you can catch something improper in chat to use as propaganda, is just, lame.
So GAC, if you have a problem with your "home" system, do something about it. Use muscle. Use guns. Hire friends. Do whatever works to get us out so you can have your home system back.
We are going to stay where we are, if you want us out, use something that works.
If you even had the intention to try an at least kill cans, but not even that, newbie ship with newbie guns, and its impossible for you to kill cans, and you know it.
