Hi all!
I would like to tell u about new region opened with Kali patch. We have best in game ore there but roids r broken.:
Roids ammounts
What is redicilus is that if u mine a roid to 0 it will respawn around 110 and then stay like that for 2 weeks. I saw after 2 weeks that they grow up from 110 to 130. WoW
A lot of ppl reported this as bug and did petitions - we get back strange anwswers like
-we didnt know
-we r working on it
-we will fix asap
but nothing has been done.
I would ask on this place if ppl can tell me, is it posible to mine roids with 100 units? Can that be regular amount or they did forget to add 0 on the end? Or did they made mining barges just to show off? Hulk cant eaven put the lasors on that rocks in mine opinion.
We r trying to speak with GMs/CCCP about this but i guess they dont find this to be a problem if whole alliance can not mine. Specially if u have move and u have a lot of stuff to suport - they obviuslly dont care - that is mine impresion after more then 2 weeks of waiting.
Any sugestion, opinion, help?

Why do you feel the need to make a post here when they've already given you an awnwser?
They're working on it and will fix it as soon as possible. I fail to see how you can go wrong with that.

Hmmm thats funny. i been mining in the new region and most roids have atleast 500-600....

Well u can find roids from 400-600 wich is still really low - 2 low since it is onlly for 1 mining barge cycle; eaven 400-600 roids would be 2 tiny. But after few days minng u would have whole region at 100 small rocks
-and no one was mining there since we r controling area
I still do belive they forgot to add 0 on the end; that way roids would respawn at 1000 as usually and regular roids would be from 3- 5K
This is untouched belt: it is still silly Full size

Well weve been in the new region for 2 weeks now. We have minned in the belts...becuase we need mins to build. We get very little amounts and the roids come back very small. We are living out here with no facilities. We know it is our choice to do so. But when we chose to do so we thought the region would produce as other regions produce. We are loosing preciuos time here buy waiting for the roid problem to be fixed. We know for a fact no one else is comming into our system and minning the roids down, as a previous post suggested. We have corp members in the system pretty much 24/7. Unless there are cloaking minning barges in game with cloaked local players. All we are asking is the same shake all the other regions are getting. If not at least fill us in on the situation...Thanks for your time

I tried to mine in G5KW with mine hulk but was imposible, i eaven tried to have each mining laser on diferend roid, eaven diferend typ of roid, but it was just unbearable, targeting roids evers 2 minute, moving all the time, warping all around and after 15 minutes belt looked like hawler spawn drop; 20 cans nearlly empty :(
I didnt petition this bug/error since i was tould that is going to be fixed asap but obviuslly has not been. Is this how it is going to stay or what?

Agreed! The roid amounts are no where near what I was used to seeing in Outer Ring. These belts are broken, big time. And in X-9ZZR, 2 of the belts don't have any roids at all! Come on GMS. At least let us know that you're doing something about it.

Lack of roid contents is definately apparent in the new region. Something isn't right there at all.

Gerz - saying we will fix it asap and then not do it formore then 2 weeks is just not good enought since whole alliance (not onlly one) is depending on it!

the roids dont grow after they respawn either i have been scanning the same roid witch i poped 2 weeks ago it is still at 114 units .its like they forgot to add a zero to the roids.i have petitioned i have bug reported i even got a answer that they would fix it on wensday`s patch ,but stll nothing .this is very bad goes soon all there will be is roids that are 100 units big (high end ore)please fix this .

Ok ok the rats are good here but they are not that good. We need standard size rocks. To mine i dont understand what the deal is you would think that this new regions would be one of the main focuses of the dev team. and they would already know that there is a problem with the roids. the fact that they are small is one thing but they should atleast grow back to 500 or so but they dont. they respawn and dont grow. plz if someone can answer this post that is a member of ccp or dev team that would be a vary big help. just that we know what the deal is. we have been told a lot of things from gm's and bug reporters. we have followed the steps that ccp has outlined for everyone to report things of this nature to no aval. we dont even know if the dev's know that this problem exists. Would be nice to have an answer. thx

I am just wondering what if CCP wanted to intentionally scr***ed up this roids? Maybe they r just looking and joking around saying look at this fools mining those small roids.

Grez, they have a valid concern. they are addressing it properly. They will not get into an argument and are wearing you down with politeness. Give up already. Your dev' leg-humping won't work in here.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. This is being looked into seriously and I think we made some progress and may know what is causing the issue. I can't say for sure how long it takes to resolve it but my guess is that it's a matter of a few days.

I think they not even began to work to fix this problem. very evasive response "Ican't say for sure... My guess..."
Hope CCP don't suffer from Blizzardite. This is a very common sickness these days.
Common guys why did u deployed kali if it didn't work as it should?

Ireally hope CCP does do this ASAP as stated. I noticed now with the last patch a new bug is up. The mail system and you have to reread your mail a zillion times. The rats in the new area are sorta crazy now...you warp in and they warp away. The roids really need to be fixed soon as some of us are pretty thin on income with very little coming in. I'm not wealthy like most ppl in this game and I depend on mining skills to help me out with Isk. Please, to those of you that fix these problems, the devs, fix this problem as fast as you can.

We do what we can to make the best of it, but please fix the bugs asap. As there are now bounties on the rats it makes money making harder for the people that live here. I'm sure the fix will come as soon as possible. Thnx.

I find it so out of place that I am paying for this game and these important games issues have not been addressed. Makes me feel as though I am throwing my money away.

Hello,
I haven't posted my thoughts to this forum before this as I hadn't been mining at new regions. Now I tried it and results are as I have read. Poor. Even a huge Veld 'roid yields almost nothing. We are running out of minerals here and it makes our life a little short of hell.
This is very bad for us. So please do something to really FIX the problem. Don't just try to patch the symptoms of acute mineral shortage by increasing Salvaged components or alloys amount. It doesn't help at all.

Its not.
It needs to be done.
Some official statement on the matter would be a good start.
